The bloke on Talksport was saying we could name 24 and then add VDV after if it goes through if it isn't done in time. I don't know how that is possible though, seeing as any player registered after 5pm wouldn't be available until the window re-opens. It's the same with adding free transfers. They can't play until Jan 1st anyway.

I maybe way off base, but I believe you can add a player to the 25 after the deadline, as long as there is an open spot within the 25.

Surely not? as you could keep 10 slots open an add to it as you see fit. Making the deadline pointless.
