When you look at the photo in the article, more to the point why six spurs players seven if you count Werner on the corner taking side of goal with two everton players and just three with three Everton players on this side & Vic one on one. Basically all eleven Spurs against five Everton and they score.

I don't think that there was actually a foul on Vicario but the Everton player made absolutely no attempt to play the ball and was clearly intent on obstructing Vic.

So please tell me when deliberate obstruction no longer became a punishable offence in football?

It's not the bloody NFL!!
