Is this a good or a bad thing?Cousins I think.
I've got cousins I would gladly help out and one I would never tire of hitting in the face with a frying pan.

I'm not sure. The best who knows this are Tottenham (if they want to wait) and Steaua (if they still want to sell him). If Steaua will sell him they will have to bring another defender because they have only 3 decent central defenders: Chiriches, Szukala (a Polish international, tall, strong, and very good at heading the ball) and Gardos (a player similar to Chiriches, young, he also likes to move up with the ball, he has also a good ball control but not as good as Chiriches, a bit slower than Chiriches, but he is taller, stronger and good with the headers). The 4'th central defender, Bratu, is a crappy one, played only one game last season and did a disastrous match. If Chiriches would have leaved this week, they will have brought Celeban (a Polish international) from FC Vaslui. He was very excited about the transfer at Steaua. So there is another player that was affected and upset that the Chiriches deal wasn't made.Up in the air. Depends if Franco and the big DL can reach agreement with Steau for his transfer after 6th Aug when they have played the second leg of their champions league qualifier.
Once that outcome is known I think this will be resurrected. Especially if they fail to make champions league. They'll be even more in need of an urgent cash injection.
Yonoots or one of the others should be able to back this up.

They say the chances are slim, but who knows. I hope it will be done for the players sake.do you think the chances of him joining spurs are dead now?
Comparing to Szukala, which just been called to the national team, Celeban was called more often.Celeban is not a polish international, but if he moves to Steaua he will be
JJ hinted that we are looking and defensive options after selling Caulker, but Chiriches is not first choice.
Considering I have never actually seen this fella play, and base everything on Youtube videos and scouting reports, I'll be strangely gutted if we didn't sign him, even with my reasoning being a somewhat irrational.
Being named Vlad is suitable for a defender. The slogan for Vlad's (Vlad Dracula) is: I will breeeeak your leg....
Old news rehashed. Not happening by all accounts.http://footylatest.com/tottenham-on-the-verge-of-completing-yet-another-decent-signing/47197
According to this rather dubious source, we've made an improved offer of £7m (says his agent) and now he's pretty much ours.
Is he any good? More importantly, is he any better than Caulker?
I dont want to be controversal here, but is it so that we to an extent are showing double standards?
I mean, we are critising there chairman for refusing to give young Vlad the oportunity of his dreams, when he is seamingly arguing that they need him for their Champions league involvement, and expect that his price will increase over the next few months, thus rejecting an offer he does not feel is in the best interest of his club.
Change the Champions league participation with "push for a Champions league place" above, do we not then have very much a similar scenario to Bale?
