I can imagine that it has been mentally draining, because he's had a lot of criticism about his contribution to the national team. I think that he must have thought he'd be hung out to dry if they didn't qualify, and after the first game it wasn't at all clear whether they would.

I have a good idea that I think should be quickly implemented. I hope someone from the club reads this and indicates in to MP.
When we have a corner or a free kick around the area. We will be more threatening if we dont bother lining up in the opositions half. Just give the ball straight back to them or kick it out for a goal kick. This will save time as we offer no threat and havent for some time from these scenarios.

The club is a pretty tight ship, so all this stuff about player unrest seems bogus and especially is leaks are from people connected to the club. They seem to raise themselves for the CL. These stories always do the rounds, like the one about Coutinho agreeing terms with Barca.

Yeah I agree with this, although I think the negs are due to it being extremely unlikely to be be true, not the 'Alli wants to leave for more money' bit, that could be true, but lets face it, if All was causing 'serious unrest' he wouldn't be playing every week and would be training with the reserves.
Its sounds like agenda driven nonsense made up by someone who wants All dropped and/or sold.
