He's done a fantastic job there. Humble, talented, astute - the future's Bright(on)

His future could be the Republic of Ireland. Not bad for a guy who used to put out the cones for the warm up. Patiently learning his trade unlike players now who expect to be fast tracked into a top job.

Also turned up to the Spurs Shop for a kit launch. Was an honour to meet him, very humble. Wondered why I wanted his autograph on my shirt, thought I was ruining it. Crazily short though. Him, not the autograph.

Always humble. Top bloke and well done on keeping Brighton in the PL despite a lot of the pundits (and me) having them tip off for relegation

Couldn't really give a shit about the club but really pleased for Chris Hughton. Always seems to be a genuinely decent bloke and that's the impression you get from everyone who's met him. He's done decent jobs before at other clubs but been a bit unlucky at times and/or rather harshly treated. Glad it's finally working out for him in the PL.

Love Chrissy. Wish him all the best and would have him back at the club in a second if there was a role.

Think he'll soar elsewhere though and I'll be bloody proud to watch it.

He's one of our own etc.

Someone like Everton should try and get him. Would like to see the job he could do with a well established club that would give him some money.

I get where you are coming from, but maybe Brighton can get him on track for something better in the future. If he keeps Brighton in the Prem for a few years; then I'm sure he'll get a crack at a deemed higher level of club. But as he always seems such a down to earth guy maybe he can build something at Brighton and keep them mocing in the right direction. Dyche has done brilliantly at Burnley but would he be given the same board support or support from fans at a more demanding club? I am sure this is on Chris's mind also after his Newcastle treatment.

He's done a great job there. Hopefully they can spring a surprise against Liverpool on the final day of the season as well.
