I feel like I have just had marathon sex with a two bit whore and couldnt get myself to cliamx. Finally climaxed and now I feel cheated and robbed.

Oh well, bring on United

I feel like I've been caught wanking by my mum, and just as she walked in I start ejaculating. Muted celebration.

A quote from that Bastard Lawrenson.....

"That was a magnificent game of football that had absolutely everything. It's extremely unfortunate for Burnley because they were so close, but that little bit of class did eventually tell right at the end. Burnley won tonight, whatever the final result. They are the winners. "
BBC Radio 5 Live's Mark Lawrenson

Like I said, he is a bastard, but he has certainly called this one correctly.....fair play.

Still a bastard nonetheless!

We did have a weakened team ( how I hate Ben& Bentley.. in fact I wish we could swap him for Eagles.., yes that should have been a RED CARD !)), but all credit to Burnley....A real fighting team...

You'd be hard push to pick the Premiership players out of a line-up if you put the two teams in it. We were humbled over these two legs, and yet somehow we're in a Wembley final. Got to love football. Kind of

Yes i know

But anyway those stats against a championship side must mean something and we can't hide our performance behind their form in the CC

They didn't try to kick us off the park, they played football. They're a team, much more than the sum of their parts, which we quite transparently aren't. We certainly can't hide our bloody awful performance behind their CC form, but you seem to be implying this is one we should have breezed through without breaking sweat. Even if we'd played remotely competently, it wouldn't have been a pushover.

Hats off the Burnely.

B U T!

Tottenham were a total disgrace! I haven't been as angry to what i witnessed at Turf Moor in years (weak) one things for sure without Aaron Lennon we have no pace whats so ever, to many of the players were not putting the effort in at all (Zokora apart)-Woodgate and Co. (Zokora apart) need to have a hard look at there commitment to the club.

Shocking.

I feel sick for them, I can't even begin to enjoy the fact that we're going to wembley

Agreed cant even enjoy the moment sure i will nearer the time. Cant help feeling those players do not desrerve a Wembley final....unlike the Burnly players

To be brutally honest i haven't given Burnley a second thought and i couldn't give a monkeys. I'm more concerned at how we performed overall. But we're through and they're not, end of.

What a contrast from last years 2nd leg. I was too embarrassed to celebrate. I will, but not right now.

Zokora ran around a lot, but was pretty bloody awful. Along with everyone else bar O'Hara, Bale and Dawson.

So disturbingly accurate!

Anyone know any Burnley fan forums we can link this thread to? Might ease their pain.

I am no exception to the above feeling!
