If you were to look at the two starting lineups, and pick a composite team on paper, how many West Ham players would actually make the lineup? Technically our players are superior, 1-11. So, where does it go wrong, the players have ability, but clearly no system or understanding, no team unity. To me, the blame for this lies purely at the managers door, that's the guy tasked with moulding these individuals into a team, a well drilled unit, but that clearly isn't happening. The games we have won, have been won by individual moments rather than tactically breaking down teams.
End of the season can't come quick enough, get this gobsh!te out, pretender of a manager.

because he got unfairly blamed for the Sessegnon, goal where goals on sunday clearly showed he got beaten because he got fouled

To be fair he was woeful in everything he did in that first half vs. WBA. That goal was only one part of it. He's been better today since coming on, albeit West Ham have sat back for the last 20 mins.
