Not really a good way of looking at it. Bale was a better player than Kane yet didn’t have the same goal return.

But for me personally, if we win something (League or FA Cup) with Sonny as captain, he would be the best player I’ve seen for us, not just because of his ability to smash them in from anywhere but because of his personality and camaraderie with teammates. Its not just about goal return.

No, the number of skeletons in a human body is discrete data rather than continuous and can only take integer values. The appropriate measure of central tendency would be the mode ie 1.

Drives me nuts. And the European Cup they talk about was over 40 years ago and they had to beat a grand total of five fucking teams to do it. Including Valur from Iceland. We beat more teams than that to win the UEFA Cup.

Since the whole self-deprecating "we're West Ham and we are massive" thing started a couple of years ago, it's turned from a bit of a laugh and a joke to some of their fans thinking it's true. I have no doubt that 90% of those who sing that are doing it in a jokey sense, but then you have the 10% who genuinely believe they are Champions of Europe.

It could be that Harry is a better individual player but maybe that is to the detriment of the rest of the squad. You have to admit that if we won something and Bayern won nothing, there could be something to it. Team chemistry is something we tend to overlook.

Honestly I’ve never seen anything to suggest either of them are anything other than a good teammate. It’s highly unlikely we win something and they don’t, but even then it’s correlation not causation. Harry Kane is not the reason we didn’t win any trophies during his time here

Anyway we are stuck with this now, so bearing in mind this is a youth team, with 5 or 6 seniors, then I think expectations need to be seriously lowered.

Team was wrong, as it has been for 3 games, awful start for Pochettino. Not really sure how he wants us to play.

So much to be pissed off about with chelsea at the moment.

With the squad we have, I'm expecting a rough couple of years while these players grow. Hopefully not too much damage is done in the meantime.”

Our attacking play - there are no words for how slow, sideways, and ineffective it is. We snatch at shots, mish*t crosses, misplace forward passes, and any time we get in behind we just stop and go back.

We are the easiest team to play against in the Premier League. Week in week out we see the same stuff. I'm honestly losing the will to watch this after 40+ years.”
