notice how its only taken 4 games for fans of other clubs to go from "spurs won't score without Kane", "they'll finish 7th behind Brighton and Newcastle" to "spurs are great now", "they're my fav for 2nd and an outside chance of the title"

fuck em. they all wanted Kane gone because they thought it would destroy us.... well, think again.

Blooming timewasters, have you got nothing better to do during the International break.... I'm off to see how many people are raging at @alfie103 on the Postecoglou thread

I’m picturing @Jgplk1 as Donny Brasco.

with the tache, naturally.

Slightly concerned if he gets made he could end up with Sean Bean coming round and kicking seven shades out of him.

It's funny because I put the statement in at the end of the post because I thought people would be moaning if I didn't say "order from above" If I had put a laughing emoji they may have understood me better.

Hey ho - the disagrees got blocked by me. Don't have time for this shit sometimes, I'd rather not hear what they have to say.

They still haven't approved my membership, but there have been a couple more posts.
  • 1-0 blades🤞
Don't forget to Tune in to motd to hear how well Spurs did
  • The love in for "resurgent Spurs under Ange" is quite sickening by the pundits and the Blades are their next lambs to be slaughtered.
  • How these guys get jobs astounds me. If you look at Spurs results so far in detail, they lost on penalties to a poor Fulham team, who I think will be in the mix. Beat an obviously struggling for form Manure. They were ok but not outstanding at Bournemouth, another one in the mix with us, and were lucky to get a point at Brentford imo. Followed by a good win at hopeless Burnley, yet another in the mix.
We beat them last year, we will be their toughest game so far, except for maybe Brentford away. I am sure we'll keep it tight, frustrate them like we did Citeh and who knows, we may snatch a win. I'm going 0-0 or 1-1. I also think we may get a penalty from their somewhat clumsy defence.
Don't write us off, I hope they read and believe the hype. If we can hold up their speedy strikers, then we can get something from this and shove the pundits words right up their arses.

Arsenal Mania
  • Geebus the cult has made it all the way to wobbie himself:
  • That man is a B-tec Morrissey
  • they'll come straight at us , especially if we play that stiff 3 at the back . Will be interesting , something I wouldn't have said 3 weeks ago .
  • im not seeing it with them. They play awfully so far. They can of course improve but given its Tottenham I think they will get worse.
  • Every year without fail the Spuds get a couple of results early in the season against weak opposition and people start the hype and most every season their fraudulence becomes clear the moment they run into half decent opposition or are refereed properly. This season will be no different. After we kick their teeth in and they start playing proper teams, everyone will be speaking about how Son and Richarlison can't find the net and how wide open they are at the back.
  • Binned the Carabao for what? Poor from Angie.
  • Already resigned to another trophyless season and it's not even September. Grim stuff.
  • After a draw over the weekend that feels like a loss, nothing soothes like a Sp**s exit from a cup! 🥰 Life is good again!
  • They are just reminiscing the feel of resting players for Europe
  • Knocked out before Arsenal even enter the comp.
  • ‘Ange’ should start learning off spin.
  • That's their only credible trophy opportunity gone for the season.
Though they are still favourites for "Ground with The Best Cheese Room" trophy for the 3rd year running.
  • "Maureeenio, winnah!"
    "Contay, winnah!"
    "Poch...better than poshdecoglu!!!!"
    Couldn't call Poch a winner :lol::lol:😭
"Our noses are on the floorrr m8"
  • The anguish is enough to keep me going until Sunday. It's that good
  • Midfielders with the most goals and assists in the Premier League since the start of last season: = Kevin De Bruyne - 23 = Martin Odegaard - 23 = James Maddison - 23 Big contributions.
  • Chelsea were fools not to go for Maddison
  • So are we
  • I wanted Ødegaard over Maddison, any given sunday, for half the price. But I also wanted Havertz over Maddison.
  • Imagine Ode with Maddie for us instead of Ode and Havertz
  • These lot are starting to chirp that they are "comfortably better" than us. Need to repeat last season's humbling on these termites.
  • They remind me of some proper Simps, chasing the hot girl at school, and always having everyone laugh at him.
  • Excited for the NLD in a couple of weeks. With the way they push players forward I think we’ll shred them.
  • The Community Shield we won a few weeks ago is more than even their actual good teams have actual achieved, they will be back down to earth soon enough.
    "Lads, it's Tottenham" ...is eternal!
  • They won't attack us cause they don't have the quality. They will sit back like usual against us.
  • Postecoglou? That guy don't care about winning he will attack tbh.
He's actually quite likeable, shame he's with them and not another team.
  • They will come to the Emirates and do **** all as usual and leave with their tails between their legs. Mental midgets.
  • We don't really give opponents much of a choice, our gamestyle is to completely control the match. By doing this teams will just automatically drop deep in a low block.
Anyway I hope they come in attack minded, they'll get annihilated.
  • They will concede a couple atleast guaranteed. Then the fans will wish for the pragmatic Mourinho and Conte again.
  • Kane just said Sp**s are small time, this week just gets better & better
  • He is not going back to Sp**s is he?
  • Not with that unsubtle dig he isn't
Oh well, just suppose he'll have to settle for making the move to N5 to seal a gloriou career by taking Shearer's record in our colors.
  • I really think Tottenham are lucky to have Maddison, because he is a real player when fit. I just couldn't see him at Arsenal after Ødegaard.
Rice and Ødegaard is a hell of a base for midfield.
  • There’s actually some delusional idiots on Twitter who think they’re in for a title race this season.
    I’m genuinely dumbfounded.
  • I am not sure that anyone is in for a title race this season sadly, but if anyone is, it sure as hell won't be that lot. They won't even finish in the top 5.
Just because they have won a few games against dross. We are not totally happy with our start to the season, but have still matched their points tally.
  • They have played a much nicer brand of football though this year so far. Over the last several years they have been absolute dogshit to watch, but with Ange's style of football ruling at Sp**s at least they are fun to watch again. Plus he seems like a totally fine person, coming across well in interviews, although it is early doors. Wish them nothing good, but at least they try to play ball.
  • I have watched a couple of their games, and I hope they try and play ‘Ange's style of football’ against City, Pool and us this season, they should have conceded at least 3 in the games I have watched against pretty poor sides.
I also just looked at their squad and the depth is relegation standard. Just a couple of injuries in the wrong areas and they will plummet.
  • Agree and hope the defensive cracks start showing soon!
  • They are on the up trend so understandably they can keep this momentum against the weaker teams for sure.... but once they play like that with big team and gets countered and thrashed badly it will be the start of the downfall the moment the players start to have doubt and become afraid of conceding.
  • Richarlison will seek "psychological help" when he returns to England following a tough five months off the pitch.
  • Seeking psychological help from a psychologist.
Guess he feels he's too good to hear pearls of wisdom from the Kabab shop proprietor like one usually does.
  • Fragile as ****.
  • Makes the phoney tough guy act on the pitch all the more hilarious. Ramsdale was right to laugh in his face.

Love how those bell ends think they're better than prime Barcelona after one of the biggest bottle jobs you'll ever see last season. Cretins

Exactly, a completely normal response. Something along the lines of, I dunno, ACL injuries for the lot of them?

The audacity is astounding, one decent season and all of a sudden in their minds they have been troubling all the top competitions and not been a complete joke for the best part of the last decade.

anyone who thinks any other club is our 'true' rivals needs their head looking at.

tramps.

Where on earth are you hearing these opinions from opposition fans? An Amsterdam coffee shop at 2 in the morning?

I absolutely love this kind of rationalisation.

So yeah, we lost to a ‘poor’ Fulham side who were literally the hardest draw possible after making 9 changes. You lost to Lincoln at home.

And sure, let’s just disregard beating United because they are in poor form. They gave a good account of themselves against city so let’s just leave those games out.

That still leaves us getting 7 points from Brentford, Bournemouth and Burnley. Two of them may be ‘in the mix’ but we beat them by 2 and 3 goals respectively, and were ‘lucky to get a point’ at Brentford accordingly to absolutely nobody. Meanwhile, they have 1 point from Forest, Palace and Everton.

it’s football so there’s a chance he’s right and they nick something. But the mental gymnastics done to justify it are the thing that’s ‘astounding’, not pundits recognising we’ve had a good start to the season
