Fair play to SA Gunner there.
Nah, the bloke always changes his opinion to make it look like he knows what he's talking about.
He was saying we were going to get torn apart if we tried to play football the other day.

We played our game and matched them but him saying this now is nothing more than his usual bollocks.

You can tell some of them are a little shocked. It's not the score line. It's how we played. Went at them, didn't back down or retreat. I think they'd be fine with a draw had we been backs to the wall and squeaked it out. Instead we out passed them at theirs.

Slightly rattled vibe to some of the comments. Fair play though, they have a fair few sensible types who just say it like it is, be it wrt their oppo or themselves.

Love the excuses some of their nitwits will make. Objectively, they should have beaten us on paper. In reality, it was a fair draw. They relied on an OG and an unfortunate pen to score both goals. We earned ours. And aside from gifting resting sour face a chance, they hardly created anything.

Oh, and I never used to have any issues with Saka. But after his dart throwing shithousery and trying to get Udogie sent off at the end. Thought he was better than that bush league behavior. Apparently not.

Karma. Maybe don’t act like a bitch next time you score. Try to celebrate without being a mocking little muppet.
Hes a **** of the highest order. I'd have laughed heartily if the dive at the end actually put him out for a few weeks.

Perfect for Arsenal. Reminds me of Pires.

Hopefully. I think there was a bit of similarity to the momentum Leicester had when they won the title. This time City proved too strong and got enough points to overtake Arsenal. Now City have started stronger and Arsenal are not sitting at the top early so will be different I'm sure.
Liverpool have a midfield again this season too. And hopefully we're back on track and looking at top 6, maybe even higher, after a terrible last season. The second, or even third, best team in the country crown they bought themselves might easily slip of their overinflated bonces.

Would you have said that when he was doing his David Brent impression whilst Liverpool manager?
Yeah I think so, I can’t stand Rodgers, but I think there’s a chance you could have a laugh with him at least. Arteta is like nails down a blackboard to me.

I’ve just spent 20 minutes watching Arsenal fan tv , the fans watching the game all said Spurs were the better side.( the studio or shed where they sit and watch the tv, after the game ). Totally threw me.
One said , similar stats but that doesn’t give a true reflection on how much Tottenham looked in control.

Yes indeed, they are taking it very calmly:

One of the most important lessons I've taught to my son is that even though they get paid to talk about the game, the majority of pundits know fuck all about it.
Just because someone makes it sound like they know what they're talking about, doesn't mean that they actually do.
And thankfully, they regularly offer plenty of examples for me to teach him with.

I think that's a valuable life lesson for the lad. 😁

Bullshit baffles brains.
