Newcastle, West Ham and Aston Villa talk a hell of a lot of shit considering all three have been relegated and promoted in recent memory.
It's utterly crazy, we've had one particularly off season whilst a few others had their best seasons for a while and suddenly we are all the same level..... Such short memories.

Best one is when the likes of Villa, Everton, Newcastle, West Ham, Leicester etc start saying we're too big for our boots while also talking up their own clubs and comparing themselves to us. I'll take it from Arsenal, City, United, Chelsea and Liverpool but that lot no chance.

And we have a better squad than all of them.

Its just now we have a manager who's making proper use of the squad.

And I'd say we're competing with Arsenal and Liverpool.

City ahead at the top.

The mini league behind our group will be:

Newcastle
Villa
Brighton
Chelsea
United

  • Ange is a top fella, response when asked about Richarlisons/footballers mental health.
You'd run through a brick wall for the man.
  • I’d not really heard much of him as I don’t pay much attention outside of Everton but heard that yesterday and have total respect for the man now
  • Not sure spurs are as great as is being made out, but I couldn't be happier for Ritchie, he's that ex who showed you so much joy you just want them to be happy.
  • I love Richy so much that Spurs are like my second team which is really weird
  • I love ange and rich
  • He's Brilliant.
He has a great outlook, very genuine and so down to earth and its really refreshing its beyond the formulaic media team coached responses.
Hes making Spurs likable, im so confused
  • Little bit jelly of Spurs here. Seems like they have got themselves a good one.
Being likeable is worth something. Who would you rather play for? Ange or ten Haag?
  • I used to hate spurs
    Now i actually like them
    The ange x richy effect
  • I disagree intently.
Me too. Im like wtf is wrong with everyone I cant stand the Spuds.
  • Would have had him here in a heartbeat, I think he'll do well at Spurs.
He's certainly made a good enough start you haven't had such a team spirit and resilience for quite some time.
  • Hurry up and sack him Spurs, i want him here. lol
  • Spurs fans don’t deserve him
  • Spurs absolutely battering Luton. No surprise there because they are crap. Shameful result last week
To be fair, Spurs battering Luton means nothing for our game, Spurs are good. We are Luton level these days

1 season in the top 4 and they’re carrying on like they’re hardened CL regulars.
Come across as a deeply unpleasant bunch.
Ditto arsenal and Yanited. They get a sniff of success again after years in the relative doldrums and suddenly it's 1996 again in their minds.

All teams ride their luck. Football is a chaotic game.

The reality is that the more you play in the oppositions area, the luckier you get.
That's not how it works. Take yesterday for example. We had numerous great chances that we missed because we're shit, miss Kane etc. Luton had a couple of great chances that they missed because of luck. Then take last week, Jota and Jones sent off because Spurs are lucky with the ref. Bissouma gets sent off because its Karma for Udogie getting Jota sent off.

Hard to believe they come from the same city (and most of them actually do) as the other shower.

Villa and Newcastle fans really need to settle down. I might be a weird football fan in that I can appreciate other teams and give respect where its due. We're playing some good football and have a decent first XI. If I was them looking at us I'd not be writing us off.

You can see why we're so hated across the league. Somehow everyone from Arsenal down to Leicester in the Championship think we are their rival for a league place.

I saw some west ham fan last weekend hoping that us v Liverpool would end in a draw as it would be a "good result for west ham in the table"

Like in what world do they think they'll finish near or ahead of either team:LOL:

Mate there’s a huge portion of that fan base think they’re European Champions....completely unironically.

Feel dirty reading that. What's the matter with them?
