I know a lot of Liverpool fans who only watch their club's games and nothing else. I feel like there's more of them that do it than other fanbases.
Can confirm this is definitely the case, especially over here in Ireland. It's like football doesnt exist outside of Liverpool FC.

I don’t actually believe that most Liverpool fans watch football. I think they just read about it. Honestly.
Exactly describes my Liverpool supporting mate, "I see you got pasted 4-1 by Chelsea."

"Yeah but did you watch the match...or at least highlights? We blew them away and still outplayed them at 10 and 9 men."

"I don't care. 4-1 is a beat down no matter how you want to describe it."

what the actual...you can't fix stupid

True.

To be fair though, your mate was probably busy gathering support for their change.org campaign, as they are the only team ever to have a bad decision go against them. Do remember Liverpool is still suffering from it all, so they won't have the time to watch other teams.

RAWK

Nothing new in their Spurs Title Winners thread but they're still evidently not over it, day 77 now I think.

They also keep ending many of their posts with "mate" when it's about us.

Nottingham Forest 2 vs Spurs 2

Nottingham Forest 1 vs Spurs 3

I need Notts Forest to really play for their manager today and nick a point against Spurs, mate.

Son turning Neco Williams inside out in first 5 mins.

Spurs have a chance of jumping from 5th place to 4th tonight, ahead of MC.
if they win by 11 goals.

Not a ton of quality that I've seen, but also, it's been fairly entertaining.

Yates asking for the card, gets the card, for Udogie. Refs really given up on that huh

They are so lucky didn't deserve that.

Did the commentator really say Spurs swagger?

Doing the pigeon at the Forest fans the soft twat.

Offside. Shit process lads.

Hmm. Looked offside but not sure they'd had a clear image to take the furthest point for the Spurs player and looked close with the lines

For all the praise heaped on him, Postacoglu’s been unable to stop his players falling over at the slightest physical contact.

Got to be a red, but a Spurs player so who knows?

Horrible team these and bizarrely they often do this when comfortable in games, Romero tried to end someones career v Newcastle at 3-0 up! It's so weird.

Very noble of Forest to bring Chris Wood on to make it 10 v 10.

they should have had more than 4 as well.

Horrible snide team.

They’ve been lucky tonight, hugely unimpressive performance, gifted that 2nd goal to make it look more comfortable.

I think Everton will beat them

Bit of luck for Vicario again there

Forest were well worth a point there really.

Back in a title challenge now. Cant wait for the title decider on the 14th Jan with them and Utd

Personally I thought the VVD one could have gone either way, Jota I could understand why he got it (the first yellow wasn't a yellow, but the second was just stupid by him), the Jones and the Macca ones were just atrocious referring (both on field and with VAR).
You compare those with the ones Spurs have gotten and it just shows the difference in how we basically are always playing with a hand tied behind our backs.

I'm always flabbergasted that anyone who supports a team with Salah in it has the brass neck to accuse any other team or player of diving. I mean, WTAF!!

WTF?!

An Arsenal supporter?

(actually I believe Herbert Chapman, ex of Spurs, added white sleeves to the goon kit so they could be more like Spurs - hope I haven't made that up :) )
I thought it was some sort of thank you for letting woolwich use White Hart Lane for matches during the war as their ground was a bomb shelter?

I thought the thank you was that they would always have a bit of navy blue on their home kit somewhere, even if it was the faintest sliver.

I thought it was the blue and white flashes down the side of the shield?

It does seem to be a story which has evolved in the retelling.
