Well known that the new investor to Everton is one of the wealthiest men in football and will not be shy on splashing the cash. However I don't think £100 million will go as far as it would have not so long ago. Rejected offers of £20 million for Troy Deeney suggests as much.
Is it really that well known? I don't even think that investor is even a billionaire. Can't splash very much cash if you're networth is only in the millions.

Not to mention how much of that $100mil is just from selling Lukaku/Stones/Barkley?

So I checked. His networth is in the billions, but only under 2 billion. When checking there's plenty of owners with close to or more networth than the new Everton investor.

Still don't think he's going to be investing all that much in players with that type of networth, especially if he has any interest in investing in the infrastructure (which supposedly he does).

depends if he is an American billionaire or British billionaire, as I'm sure to be a billionaire in this country you have to have a million, million, yet I believe in the USA you only need a 1,000 million which is quite a bit difference

The original billion was becacause it was a million squared.
A trillion was a million cubed.

Million = 1m
Billion = 1m/2
Trillion = 1m/3
Quadrillion 1m/4

The american use of a billion makes no sense other than rich people want to sound richer than a mere millionaire.
We changed over in the 70s as we are up americas arse. The rest of the world still uses a billion as a million million. Apart from poor canada which due to it's french connection uses both meanings and there are many fuck ups due to this.

I'm going by the American definition.

it doesn't matter anymore Libaz has ruined my dream now, going to have to aim for being a Quadrillionaire ( :finger: to the spelling police) now to buy my beloved Spurs and turn them into the giants of the world

A million squared = a million million

But a billion is commonly 1000 million. A trillion is 1000 billion.

I should know ...

Not necessarily so my friend. Math and Maths can coexist. "Maths" is short for mathematics, or the knowledge, study, and learning" of definitions. Math is really the arithmetic, calculus, ciphering, recognition of a problem. So Math is really how, and Maths is how come.

Now let's get back on topic, so does anyone have any ideas on the various uses of grease proof paper?
