I think it was worthy of a red. Lamela saw him coming and put his elbow up to get him. He may not have put all of his strength into it but I saw a deliberate elbow to the head. I'd have been pretty pissed off if the roles were reversed and no red was issued.

Apart from that, I though the ref was pretty even-handed. He let us off with a couple and let Ashley Williams kick the shit out of Soldado and Kane all day without even giving a foul. And what about the airborne, thigh-high, studs-up 'clearance' on the edge of their box that just preceded the Vertonghen tackle?
