More RAWK

Stop pissing your pants kids. We're gonna twat these ****s tonight.

About Markovic -
I probably agree, I have great confidence in Markovic though, has so much promise. He clearly has the raw ability, and he's at the right club, with a great manager and great group of players to help him direct and unlock his talents and creativity.

On Balotelli World Beater -

Quite sad and pertinent that Balotelli doesnt feature in anyone plans. Is he injured?

He should be at least on the bench today... Ridiculous that Lambert was on the bench the last times will he was at home...

Really hope he is on the bench

Possibly a vague reference to peado bear -
Don't be too proud of this technological terror you've constructed. The ability to destroy an argument on RAWK is insignificant next to the power of the Macca to derail a thread with bears.

I think we are in for a frustrating night and a draw. Hope to fuck I am wrong, cos a win would be immense.

I have the same sentiments. Think it will be another draw. Don't see them beating us,m but at the same time not so sure if wil beat them either.

Hendo - Gerard CM pairing -

For those waiting to know, team tonight is....Mignolet, Can, Skrtel, Sakho, Ibe, Henderson, Gerrard, Moreno, Markovic, Coutinho, Sturridge

Pray for Hendo lads.

If that's the case then I think we'll lose the battle in the middle and there'll be a lot of pressure on our backline.

I posted up the picture of Bale & Modric looking unhappy with the caption "Fuck me Luka. We could have played with Kane." on Saturday. Had one of my typical scouse supporting aquaintances (never been to Anfield, lives down south) piping up with " This just shows you are a selling club. Bye bye Kane". He must have forgotten about Suarez then (n)

Such a shite team?? Simply deluded.

To be fair to them (and I'm rarely fair to scousers) they probably haven't seen much of players like Dier, Bentaleb, and Mason. They haven't established a reputation outside of Tottenham and I'd imagine most fans of other teams would see those names and think "hmm...not really heard of them so I guess they're nothing special."

But would you then not wonder how such a shite team was 4 points ahead of you?

Lots of double standards in here with only a page back someone lauding are European trophies over Arse then this comment. Fact is if we were in Liverpools position we would be giving it as well and lots of the fans on here do. It is mainly banter, but Liverpool do seem to have a real issue with us.

Given our form in the Arse game and against Chelsea they should be worried. In all honesty though I'm not massively confident against them. They have sturridge back at just the right time to hurt us. He really makes them tick and I'd expect a draw at best from this game.

I naturally still secretly think we can pull off a win but I don't expect it like some seem to.

If you are referring to me, and Jambreck certainly seemed to think you were, aside from the answer he provided:

I think you've entirely missed the point. It's about banter. And, more particularly, it's about the average Goons inability to take what they like giving. It's about them giving it big'un over always in our shadow and 54 years and counting, but when you counter them they shut up and then disappear. It is the type of attitude bullies have. it is the type of attitude sore losers have. And most of all, it is about banter.

No offence intended, and I know you rated the post as funny, but I get the feeling that they would like us to curl up in a ball in the corner and cry while they dance around, ritually, chanting always in our shadow, 54 years. And when someone questions the banter we give them back (and European success is something we can give them back LoL) I just don't get why any Spurs fan would react to it any other way than to laugh and borrow it, TBH.

Feck them...if they can't take the banter they just bluddy well shouldn't be giving it :)

I thought it was funny and I gave the funny because of it. I was more laughing at the collection of comments some slating liverpool for using their history as banter and then us doing the same. Your posts are good and I always give you agrees and funnys, my comment was more aimed at the thread and its fickleness in places...

I'm not looking forward to walking the dog in the morning as I will see about 5 or 6 Liverpool fans who for the last couple of days have been predicting this result well I'm putting on my knuckle dusters and taking the muzzle of my Spurs supporting staffy dog

Liverpool fans have been surprisingly complimentary about us.

Also, this is from an Arsenal fan on another forum "Also, that boy Kane again. Probably the best player in the league at the moment."
