Leicester are the anti-football.
That's bollocks, tbh. Mahrez alone is worth the price of admission to any football match. They might not play Barcelona-style tiki taka football, but they're a long way from being Greece-at-Euro-2004 as well: they play matches to win them, not draw them. Sorry, Borks, often find myself agreeing with your posts, but that sentence is not your finest hour.

Just speaking for myself here but I would be embarrassed to win the league playing football like that.
Grapes kind of sour eh?

This is exactly the kind of remark which, if it was in another clubs forum and talking about us, wouldve been quoted in this forum for us to have a laugh at how deluded the fans of that forum are.

Im sure leicester fans coming to our forums would do exactly the same, and laugh at our sourgraping-ness.

Sour grapes because I would prefer to see spurs win the league with attacking exciting football and not with counterattacking hoofball football? No, that's just personal preference.

If they win it then fair play but that doesn't mean I would want to see us win it in the same way, like I said, I would be embarrassed, it was embarrassing when Chelsea won the champions league in the same manner.

For once a small, tiny team is within sight of winning the fucking league and people would rather City won. They'd rather those oil-lubed fuckfaces won.

I always said it's OK if Man City win because they've won by default and it's second place that matters. But when there's a chance for the little guy to win I'll back them all the way. *Of course* I'd much rather we win the league than they do but I'll still be incredibly happy if they won.

Fuck the moneybags. This is what football is about.

Why would you be incredibly happy if Leicester win the league? There is literally nothing positive about that happening other than "Well at least it's not Chelsea, Arsenal, City, United" etc.

It does nothing for us and if anything only serves to show the world that the quality of this league is poor considering this side was fighting relegation last season.

I've supported tottenham my whole life waiting for this fucking season, and then a team of journey men fucks, with their long ball bullshit, I mean counter attacking brilliance, come and fuck it all up.
To top it all off my Tottenham brethren want me to applaud them for it. I can't abide.
Fuck Leicester.

On an interesting note, see what west Brom fans are saying about Alex Pritchard's performance against Newcastle today.

Yacob immense. Pritchard looked bright.
Pritchard looks what we need, neat and tidy passing, positive and looks to run at players and make things happen
Pritchard looked decent, I think we miss that Mozza type player.
Pritchard looks bright, but I wouldn't blame him for not wanting to hang around here.
Just saw Pritchard shouting and trying to gee the others up, young player and a new face, I like that confidence.
He looked ok to me. Willing to work hard but had quality going forward. At one point he seemed move around behind the striker and was heading to the left side at one point, which Pulis will probably smash out of him, but I would start him in the next game.
He had a bit of quality on the ball, a bit of composure, I'd like to see him play right midfield for the rest of the season.

such a load of nonsense based on their gamr against us, they have played some very nice football this season

They definitely played hoofball against us in all 4 games. It's indicative of the technical quality in the rest of the league that Leicester manage to look like they play nice football against some teams. Mahrez and Vardy aside, there is little quality in that team. We won't see the likes of Drinkwater, Dyer and Albrighton playing for England soon...Even Kante is far better off the ball than on it.

If you put any of the rest of their players in a team like us, city, utd, arsenal, they'd look bang average and most fans would probably think they were shit.

Every time I feel myself getting caught up in the Leicester "fairytale" I just read their forums to realise what wankers they are.

"I see how everyone (pundits) have highlighted the Spurs win rather than us,

I watched both games.

We were awesome, totally in control. Best I have seen us play, organised, compact, confident.

Spurs were ok but just scraped it tbh. Watford held them for most of the game. Chromosome boy was useless (but he's the best striker in the PL surely, right?)

They will lose at man City next weekend. Man City won't roll over twice at home.

as for us ??? who knows! draw"

How the hell did we just "scrape it", we should've won by 3 goals minimum..

I honestly can't wait for them to lose Mahrez and Kante, Vardy will be 30 next season as well which is bad news for a player that relies a lot on pace. Their one season in the sun will make their fans all the more gutted when they return to mid-table next season..

Jesus some of those fans are absolute cretins, the guy saying he would love leicester to do it because its suppose to be our year?

Honestly sometimes you read the shit football fans write about their rivals and realise theyre arguing with their own heads

Leicester played some great football, once u give them space, u are fucked. Shitty defended like some pussy and rightly get spanked at home. Mahrez is so far for me contender for player of the season, delightful to watch.

We played a different brand of football and I just hope we can spoil their party at the end of the season.... I hope Njie recovers in time to help out at the final stage to give us some Mahrez style of input..lol Coys, let's fight till the end!

I cannot respect a football club that plays anti-football, which makes English football look bad, who has a racist as a figure head and who's supporters think they are the best in the world now because of one season.

Not only that, but it was a mere two months before Vardy's racist incident that Leicester sacked three youth team players for racist behaviour. Their double standards is appalling. If you're racist but not important, you get sacked. But if you're racist yet an important first team player we'll act as if it's not really that bad. Astonishing that the club's hypocrisy isn't being highlighted more, just like Vardy being a nasty little racist piece of shit has been covered over so as not to tarnish the Hollywood story when Terry and Suarez were rightly pilloried constantly for their disgusting behaviour.

Leicester don't play anti-football? Could've fooled me when they were the epitome of a Pulis coached team in every single game we played against them. You could find gifs that make every single team look like 1970 Brazil.

You have two or three good players in a team with intelligence and moves like that one above will happen incidentally.

They are still drilled to play kick and rush though. (and that's the ball as well as the opposition ;) )

Can one of you nob-ends go and start a thread in General Football called Why I hate Leicester, and while you're at it start another thread called Do Leicester play shit football, and then fuck off from this thread and not come back unless you've got something to post about what our Opponents fans are saying...

... or a remark about Grammar (obviously).

Thanks.
