I also posted this in the motd thread:

At the top of tonight's FA Cup MOTD. 8/1/17.

Kilbane and Lawro introduced by the presenter.

"With punditry from Kevin Kilbane and Mark Lawrenson"

Lawro sort of shrugs and does a confused face.

Even HE knows he doesn't know what he's doing. Lol.

I no longer watch sky 's live scores programmes because the likes of Nicholas, merson and Thomson are unbearable, smug dinosaurs.

I watch BT instead, not great either but better than Sky.

The link below is an article that takes them to pieces for their comedy opinions on Hull's new manager

I know we are not media darlings but we don't get treated as badly as some people are making out, I don't think Arsenal get talked up any more than us for instance..

Are you serious?!!! Every goal they score, every move is a thing of beauty, don't you realise that Whinger's Ar5ena1 invented pass and move flowing football?!!!!

Sutton has always been annoying. My mate's sister used go out with him and he annoyed her, she dumped him.
Not sure how he has suddenly become a regular.. one day, no Sutton. Another day, lots and lots of Chris Sutton.

  • The whole stadium thing is even reported as being a negative too! It's not about Spurs building a mega stadium, no it's all stories about the £500m+ cost and how it's going to effect our spending etc! The fail to notice that we don't really spend too much and can still challenge the sugar daddy, mega rich clubs who spunk £100m's looking for their answers!

The also don't realise that we've actually been paying for this stadium for the best part of 10 years... long before any of the drawings had been released. Couple that with the sponsorship potential off the back of the NFL deal and we are, as usual on a sound and sensible financial footing, that will bare fruit sooner than they imagine.

We've lived/are living through the belt tightening period already, but the media and pundits think that we're going to move in and start shopping in the bargain basement.

Can see how that computer can predict anything accurately. Would be interesting to know what its based on?

Given form over the season you'd have to split it and finish it as it is now to be anywhere near accurate?

But...but.. I thought our result against Chelsea put United in pole position for the title?
Same. Weird how no one else besides idiot Utd fans think so.

Chelsea is very much still favorites and will in all likelihood wrap up the title with 5 or so games to spare, IMO. There's not title race this season like we lead ourselves to believe there was last season when there wasnt. The race is for places 2-4 that has 5 clubs vying for 3 spots.

The title race really isn't over yet - Costa could do his cruciate tomorrow, and he's been such a difference maker for them this year it would change everything. They are in prime position but nothing is set in stone.
