Who would you replace Avb with if you had the chance?

Frank De Boer. He's got Ajax playing some neat football but not sure if he'd want to make the move at this point in time.

Others would've been Klopp, but he just signed a 2 year contract. Roberto Martinez would've been good as well.

This wasn't the perfect time for a sacking, there are no good coaches (who you'd want to last a while) available at this moment.

Bielsa is available. It would be a gamble, but his football is top class.

De Boer would be a great man to bring in. Would probably get Eriksen playing well straight off the bat too.

Any of the names that I would be pleased with (Martinez, Klopp, Hiddink) clearly aren't coming to us.

Frankly based on the names being mentioned that are possible I'd probably want Hoddle to have another go. I wouldn't have much faith in him doing much but I don't have faith in any of the names being chucked around.

Of course! You can be in charge of a) boring stuff like defending and b) celebrating wildly.

Yes!!! I wanted the celebrating wildly role! For when we score loads! (Becuase of ur great attacking coaching ;) ) I will install a laser show to all evening games! And bring a confetti cannon for when ever we score and accidently aim it at the away bench ;) lol

And defending well im sure i can ask ledley how to do that :)

Let's not render AVB's time here a complete waste. There are certain aspects of play that he has managed to ingrain (high line, high pressing, sweeper keeper etc.) that should also be part of any new manager's philosophy (E.g. De Boer, Pochettino). AVB has laid some solid foundations, he just failed to build upon them.

Play the system that suits the players you have. No matter whose fault it is for you having those players (that's a whole other debate), you have to utilise what you have, not what you would like to have.

Make sure you get full compensation for when you get sacked in 18 months. ;)

Recall our perfectly good Left Back from the championship if you can

Work with our highest paid player to get him back in the squad whatever his problem is

My top tip would be for them to spend a couple of hours a day reading spurscommunity and use that as a reference point for team selection, strategy and tactics.
See it as an invaluable resource of wisdom, guidance and support.

Man, the fact that this douchebag (Sugar, not Gary!) was ever associated with our club makes me die a bit inside.
