Why is our club so unprofessional?

My point was if he had flown over to look at Adriano, I repeat if. Firstly i read that he was in Italy to watch him, secondly I hear we are interested in loaning him, thirdly His agent comes out saying he is'nt going anywhere he is staying in Milan. So I was just wondering would a manager of a premier league club go to another country to watch someone if he had'nt prior knowledge that the said player was interested in playing for the club of the stated manager?

Of course he would!

No manager is going to bid for a player based purely on reputation and then go and see him play. He sees him play first, based on his reputation and then if he sees what he likes, he makes a bid. He can't go and ask his agent if he's available as every player is potentially available these days.

We have never done right with transfers, despite splashing out a lot of cash. That is the main problem for us. I can guarantee that if the Club had listened to Scoutingmanagment's advices, that the Club had not been in this position now! That is for sure. The key in football is to build a team with exciting players. If you have a squad with exciting players, a manager will lower reputation will also manage to coach the team well. We have Harry now, who is a skilled manager, and hopefully he can continue to build a team, as he did at Portsmouth. That is the main key here.

If Tottenham had listened to Scoutingmanagement at the right time, we could have had some of the following players : Drogba, Malouda, Kalou, Lassana Diarra, Mahmadou Diarra, Romaric, Sagna, Diaby, Evra, Adebayor, N'Zogbia, Arouna Kone, Yaya Toure, Yakubu, Jermy Menez, Gervinho, Sessegnon, Gomis, Makoun, Emana, Eric Mouloungui, Boka, Ben-Arfa, Gouffran, to name a few. They have all signed for other clubs and some are our opponents, and we are in a relegation battle.

I am not saying that we had got them all - not a chance, but if we had got one or two if we had acted the time Scoutingmanagement recommended them, no doubt we had managed to sign a couple of them.

Taiwo is one of the players we should have been tracking many years ago, and he will probably leave for another good Club in the summer - if we don't act, our opponents will get him.

IT IS TIME TO DO SOMETHING NOW. WE HAVE DISCOVERED THIS MISORY TOO MANY TIMES NOW. WE WANT OUR CLUB BACK!!
