I would not swap Luka Modric for Ozil nor Sliva IMO Modric is better and at a push much more flexible in terms of position he can play.... Ozil is so left footed superb player though.

I don't think Modric and Ozil are simliar players. I'd say Ozil is more a Van der Vaart type player, and advanced playmaker, whereas Modric operates deeper.
