No. he's absolutely tailor made for where we are, what we want and where we want to be.

The simple reality is different managers have different skill-sets and therefore more suited to some clubs than others.

I was a little on the the fence with Poch's appointment but felt he was a great fit for us.

So maybe there are better managers out there with more impressive CV's but essentially Poch is a great fit for us so any talk of a manager to "take us to the next level" is currently redundant.

Hopefully Poch will continue his good work and be here for years to come. But there's little doubt that he is the right man for right now.

Maybe it's not a fair time to post this when we are on our best league form for decades but imagine we had ultimate power to pull in any managerial name on the planet.

World cup winners, champion league winners, perennial league winners, or miracle workers like Simeone.

I want to know what opinions are on this.

For me, I think it's fair to say that poch and his team has exceeded expectations, not only in league performance, but in bringing through young talent.

Not only this but the character of the man and the care he instills into the players and the club are humbling.

He is young has a lot to learn, so I'm keen to keep him over any other candidate to see what becomes of this project.

Sorry if it seems like a leading question. I considered a poll but don't know enough about over seas managers and their performances

I think if the worst were to happen and Poch went, there's only one man for the job...
