Either 1984 UEFA Cup final 2nd leg or 1991 FA Cup semi

Haven't really had much to shout about since the 90s

Really? There have been some amazing matches. Most of the 90s were eminently forgettable.

I can't see past the 81 replay though. Still one of the great Finals of all time, and I had just turned 8. I will never, ever forget that feeling.

Spurs 5-1 Chelsea
Spurs 5-1 Arsenal
City 0-1 Spurs
Spurs 3-1 Inter
Milan 0-1 Spurs
Spurs 2-1 Arsenal (the Danny Rose one)
United 2-3 Spurs - was watching it in a pub with one of my female friends who supports United. I said all day beforehand we'd be beaten. Just before kick-off this random guy came up to us (Spurs fan) and offered us shots if we scored first. Low and behold Jan put the ball in the net within a couple of minutes!
United 1-2 Spurs - to beat them again at Old Trafford was immense, no matter how poor their season had been going under Moyes.
Arsenal 4-4 Spurs - a draw, but what a comeback!
Arsenal 2-3 Spurs
Spurs 9-1 Wigan
Spurs 2-1 Chelsea (Carling Cup final)

Ah too many to have just one! By the way I am 23, so really only going for the ones I can actually remember watching in my lifetime live.

the second leg of the uefa cup final at the lane v anderlecht in 84. the lane was so loud it gave real meaning to a rocking stadium.

closely followed by beating the scum 3-1 in the first wembley fa cup semi final. never seen half of wembley empty so quickly and we denied them the double.

1991 semi and Final when I was a young kid - both on TV but still amazing

2008 Carling Cup final - to date the only cup final I have had the pleasure of watching live in the stadium and we beat Chelsea to sweeten the deal

2010 - Inter Milan home and AC milan over two legs were great nights beating two of Europes finest and the current Champions of Europe (though the AC games I watched on tv)

special mentions for 2-1 vs Arsenal in my first ever London derby where Vinny Samways and Paul Walsh scored the goals and of course that 2008 semi when we ran riot over them in the second leg at the home

There's obviously many many move over the years but those stand out for me

My all-time favourite cup game. 2-0 down. Playing terribly. Gerry Francis looks along the bench and sees one Ronnie Rosenthal. "Might as well give him a go" thinks Gerry. Cue comeback and then absolute mayhem.

Oh, and I watched it with a Saints fan who got progressively louder throughout the first half and progressively quieter throughout the rest of the game.

Enjoy.

Whenever I watch this match with hindsight I can't help but think of Grobbelaar's match fixing scandal when some of those Rosental strikes flew past him

For atmosphere. Nothing beats Inter Milan game
For pure joy. Man city away.
For just going mental at the game. Arsenal 2-1 game. Danny arose. Take a bow
For pride. Carling cup final

Spurs West Ham 2007

Stalteri on the break for the winner. Never forget the crowd behind the net going ape shit.

That was special, yeah. Then there waas the 5-1 demolition of the scum in the Carling Cup Semi=Final in front of one of the loudest crowds I've ever experienced. I was absolute bedlam. Then there was the 1984 UEFA Final which was off the chart. Then there was the F.A.Cup Semi-Final of 1981 where we beat Wolves at Highbury and we owned the whole stadium, and Hoddle gave Crooks the best pass of a ball I've ever seen when he ran on to score. Then there waa the 9-0 demolition of Bristol Rovers in the second division, and the 9-1 demolition of Wigan, and the 3-2 win at Old Trafford, and then there was the first win at Anfield since the old Queen died, then there was the match at Anfield when Big Pat saved two penalties, and got a standing ovation from the Kop at the end of the match (before they kicked seven shades of shit out of us outside after the match)...Then there was the Inter match when Gareth tore Maicon a new arsehole, there are loads of these games in my 51 years of loving Tottenham Hotspur.

Then again, there have also been some terrible memories which just won't go away, no matter how hard I try to forget....

The 4-1 win against Luton at the Lane. After an hour we were behind to a Mick Harford goal. Then the floodlights failed and we waited about 15 mins for them to come back on again. When play restarted we brought on Houghton and Paul Walsh. We then ran rampant - Houghton scored two as did Lineker. Great times.

Here it is on YouTube

Excluding games I wasn't at and the obvious one Bale 3-1 Inter, I'll go for Tottenham 5 Everton 2 from Jol's early days. Was on New Years Day and was the first match I'd got the tickets for myself (rather than my Dad or a mate).

Bit of a weird one in hindsight as Marney, Ziegler and Mendes all scored their first goals for us that day and never scored again. Kanoute was superb also. They finished 4th that season but we destroyed them.

The 3-2 win over Sunderland in the 2005/6 season is a forgotten gem too. Not much at stake and they were the worst team in the league by a mile but having been behind, and missed a penalty, it felt monumental when Carrick got the winner with about 10 mins to go.

Oh and 4-0 vs Liverpool in 2011/12. We were awesome that day and it put the bindippers back in their box who thought Dalglish was gonna be their saviour.

One I'll always remember is my first NLD, home in 2007 when Jenas scored a last-minute equaliser. 12-year-old me went bonkers in the Paxton :D

The next game after that in the quarter final at Anfield was a fantastic day out. Tottenham were brilliant on the day with Teddy scoring and Jurgen scoring the winner late on. That was a great day

After that great performance I seriously thought our name was on the cup. How wrong could I have been and how painful the memories of that Semi at Elland Rd.......
