After the Spurs favourites team thread, I thought it would be good to see your Spurs cult heroes team - those players who managed to endear themselves to you for whatever reason. I'll begin, from 94/95 onwards...

Robinson
Stalteri Doherty Naybet Atouba
Popescu Zokora Freund
Dominguez
Rosenthal Keane

Robbo - For his relationship with the fans.
Stalteri - Poor footballer, but THAT goal at West Ham!
Doherty - Ginger Pele. Enough said.
Naybet - Always loved this guy, his celebration against Le Arse sticks out.
Atouba - Master of the cruyff turn in his own box. And his goal at Newcastle.
Popescu - Won me my first ever NL derby. Brilliant.
Zokora - Silly dancing, awful shooting, erratic passing. Love him.
Freund - Like Zokora, Shooooot. Saw him at Man U away game too!
Dominguez - 2ft tall, brilliant skills, didn't get him anywhere though!
Ronny - Hatrick at Southampton. Enough said.
Keano - 6 years of class, his celebration at Wembley said it all.

Gazza, KPB &:supered: will be in there somewhere. I'll add Ronnie the Rocket for his fucking great hatrick at the Dell.

Can't understand why I left out Steed. Surely he defines the term 'cult hero'.

I'd also like to add Gilberto.

Great call with Berti, used to love him but not really sure why!

My personal one was Taricco. The way he used to wind up the opposition and also do his own mad celebration when we scored. He got injured doing it against Arsenal.

I don't think he got enough credit from fans in general as he was a good player as well.

Him and Ginola down the left were a joy!

Have to have Teemu Tainio in there somewhere

Probably the greatest footballer, if not human being, the world has ever seen.

Robinson - No words needed
Stalteri - For that goal
Doherty - Ginger Pele
King - The king
Taricco - Gave his all, wound up the opposition. Does anyone else remember him slapping Hasselwank and pulling Melchiot's deadlocks in the 5-1?
Davies - Loved the guy
Freund - Shoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooot!
Poyet - Maniac!
Tanio - 110% and more
Keane - Again, no words needed
Ferdinand - 'Sir' Les

Taricco Graham Roberts Didier Zokora Mitchell Thomas
John Chiedozie Teemu Tainio Steffen Freund Tony Galvin

Subs: Andy Turner, Ally Dick, Frode Grodas, Mark Falco, Ledders, Glenda.
