If you remember the 1970s, you'll have to include Barry Daines in goal and Ian Moores up front.

Whenever Pat Jennings was injured Daines would take his place and you were always nervous when the opposition got in our penalty box.

The only song Ian Moores had sung about him ended in "w*nk, w*nk, w*nk, w*nk, w*nk, w*nk, w*nk, w*nk, w*nk, w*nk, w*nk, w*nk, w*nk". Ian Moores flat out was marginally slower than the supporters leaving the terraces after the final whistle.

RIP Ian Moores - died of lung cancer aged 43 (1998)
You can have Colin Leeeeee, his 'strike' partner, in your team though.

Also as I remember, Daines was brilliant when he covered for Jennings.
It wasn't until he was made number 1 when it went a bit wrong.
The fact he could throw the ball further than many could kick it must give him a few bonus points.

Looking back at the late 90s/early 00s, I find it hard to understand why we ever bought any former Wimbledon players.
They were all poor.
Scales, Thatcher, Perry, Beasant, Segers, Sullivan (why were we so hot for their keepers?) & even Leonhardsen wasn't great.
Are there any others I've missed?

Gilberto has to be left back but he'd be substituted at half time every game anyway.

Sullivan's performances during the 00/01 season were amazing - especially the FA Cup semi vs arse

Rose and Naughton would make mine

I actually harbour hope for Naughton. I wouldn't be upset if we sold him, but so long as he's happy as a bench player, I'm happy for him to be back up RB. He's done well under Tim

I haven't got 11 names together but Terry Yorath was well past his sell by date
when he played for us.

It's funny...a team of our legends would be good enough to grace a world cup, a team of our turkeys wouldn't even qualify for Bernard Mathews.

Morton Fulop will definitely be the worst and most despicable goalkeeper we have ever had.
