Belgian here. Am a big fan of Tielemans, who is an incredible talent and great passer of the ball. It is just press speculation though. Tielemans stated publicly he'll remain at Anderlecht until he graduates - like Lukaku before. Zero chance he'll move this summer. He could do with an extra season at RSCA under his belt anyway.
