These last two windows remind me of the season Graham got us into the UEFA cup for the first time in years. They're were people like Dyer, Southgate and Ehiogu available and we bought Perry, Thatcher and Leonardson.

Ah but we're talking about a certain Mr Daniel Levy, who is intent on getting the best possible deal to the extent that im sure we've lost many a good player over the years due to his penny pinching, im certainly not a Daniel basher but sometimes if you feel the player is right and like in this case, our season could depend on it just fecking pay the money and do the deal before someone beats us to it ffs

If DL is in Bilbao he's gone without letting a lot of important people know.

Nobody said we weren't interested in Llorente though mate, just that it's unlikely to happen.

As I said before, I'm crossing my fingers we get someone decent in as much as the next yid.

Are you sure it was him? Or to be more accurate, is your mate sure? I would have thought Stanstead/Private Jet rather than Luton/Easyjet.

Lordy, there will be some angry fans if nothing pans out come Jan 31st. I like the sounds of Llorente, but not for stupid money.

Hate the fact that Harry wasn't imaginative enough to pull the trigger on suarez. that's a little dissapointing. then again, he's the gaffer, and he should know best, right?
