I think about 20 mil, looks quality. Does a lot of tracking back as well. Might not have Modric's passing ability but he has a better shot and can tackle

Which implies that we haven't signed the final contracts, which implies that there is some kind of hold up in the contract that is preventing it from getting signed, but this poster somehow knows that it will all be resolved and work will commence on EXACTLY July 27th.

In his defence, completion dates are often set for things when negotiations are still ongoing - mainly because you need to arrange a time for everyone to sign everything, and getting directors to not be in meetings is fucking tricky.

I think we won't have a chanche on Moutinho. Teams from Portugal always want silly money for their players, and with Levy on the other side I can't imagine they will come together.
