its a worry if Liverpool do make a decent offer for him, and pretty much tell him he will be starting for them, then he might think its the best thing for his career and want to go

fingers crossed he stays

i am worried about VDV, Been lots of little rumours, his apparent hamstring issues, plus possibly not being a natural fit in an AVB system all add up to an areas of concern for me

On 5 July 2012, Caulker signed a new four-year contract with Tottenham Hotspur until the summer of 2016.

So JJ is saying we backed away from Lloris as soon as we heard the cost. But Aqka has been telling us the deal was so far advanced that we were possibly going to be bringing him back with us from the tour of the US.

Seems to be JJ and Aqka are regularly giving conflicting information.

JJ says he's a no-no, Aulas says he's staying, AVB says we aren't looking for a keeper at all. We're obviously still in for Lloris.

On the "outs" I would have thought that JJ was more likely to be referring to players not being sold as a disappointment to some

falco would be a dream signing but i cant see it happening just due to the costs involved
it would mean a major change in what would appear to be our transfer policy

I think people being unhappy with departures is most likely us keeping hold of Jenas, Bentley and Gio... something i've not got a problem with. If it doesn't work out under the new manager, they can go in January. I'd be disappointed if it was Hudd was shipped on though not altogether surprised and if Defoe stays, it's not great but he's still an option; there'll be plenty of games and he can contribute much like last year.

I marked your post disagree by mistake as on my phone. Ironically really because what you posted is pretty much my stance on how I think it will go down.

I don't think it will be us keeping hold of jenas and Bentley. More like there's no takers.

It's possible that this is the case, when I first read I thought It meant players who will be off and was starting to worry a bit, but I could so easily be players like dos santos who are not leaving and he has many detractors on here.

Would rather it were that way round than say VdV, Dawson, benny leaving.

People are moving on (but I can't say who right now). People are coming in (But I can't name names right now).

People will be happy, people will be sad.

All this Q&A stuff seems to be adding to the confusion rather than easing the worries some people might have regarding signings.

This is why the 'traditional' method of parting with ITK is better IMO, post when you've got something solid to say and it all goes smoothly. On Twitter you're bombarded with questions and eventually you feel you HAVE to say something, even if you're actually not saying much at all and that doesn't do them (JJ/Akqayid) any favours really.
