They'd probably be introduced just prior to the start of a game, I remember that was the case when Defoe re-signed.

I think Willian should be a player we have lined up if/when we can shift a few players. Moutinho and a striker (probably LD) have to be priorities.

I'll be pleased that Modric is finally off so that we can move on. I'm not saying that Willian joining is in itself underwhelming (I've really seen very little of him so have no idea one way or another about how good he could be), but in an ideal world we'd announce Modric leaving at the same time as announcing his replacement - which is why I'd be a little disappointed if the 'in' was Willian and not someone like Moutinho.
