I agree. I like Livermore and would sell both Parker and Huddlestone before him (he's more positionally disciplined than Parker and more tenacious than Tommy). His best performance for us was against Everton at home the season before last and if he got a decent run of games I think he'd be more than solid.Storts said similar earlier in Hudd thread, said Cardiff were interested.
I think Livermore is unlucky. When he comes in he does little wrong to my eyes, is entirely defensively focused and efficient & you kinda wish he had just 1% mentality to attack. This is why he could do well converting to defence. Sadly for him, whenever he seems to start or play good minutes, we are fucking poor. Witness: Last year 2 tepid home draws vs WBA and Norwich plus defeats away at Newcastle, Inter and Liverpool.
Not sure if it's his fault.
Theres a few people with access to the social media password.
the sad part is they will be be disciplined for interacting with fans. As that is not the way donna cullen wants things done.
just praying it aint the rather attractive girl I am trying to seduce!
who is this idiot?
On Tuesday, Spurs' non-executive director Sir Keith Mills conceded that the club would struggle to stop Bale leaving.
“We very much want Bale to stay,” Mills said. “If a player is desperate to leave, it’s very difficult to force him to stay.
"We’ve seen it in other clubs. Even if he has a contract, you can’t force somebody to play for you.”
Oh, he is a non executive director.......f*ck me dead!
Where did u hear this? Any links?
Someone who will never again mention anything to do with THFC in interviews.who is this idiot?

The club then needs to do better when it comes to preparing people for interviews with the scumfucks that infest the media. Don't give them an inch. You've judged him completely incorrectly. He gave a fantastic, and overwhelmingly positive interview about our club. Everyone agreed he came across really well.
In the middle of it, he was asked if Bale was for sale. He said no. He was then clearly asked a leading question about players being unhappy etc etc. He gave a generic answer, but the media have, unsurprisingly, twisted it to suggest Bale is unhappy and will never play for us again.
I mentioned this over at the Bale thread earlier, but we had ITK from JJ last night stating that the deal for him was pretty advanced but he had hoped it might still fall through.
With the Tweets tonight seemingly more aggressive/open on all the Bale shit, could it be possible that we now are certain he's staying?
This comes on the back of some reports stating that there were supposed to be critical talks between us and Real Madrid over today and potentially tomorrow. Maybe Real Madrid have no way of meeting our demands and as a result have folded?
And, along with that we now have Suarez proclaiming in the open that he wants to be moved. Could it be that Real Madrid have already made their interest known and now he's eager to move on to Real?
It just seems like the way things have unfolded over the past few hours they could possibly be connected. Of course, there's a strong chance they aren't connected at all and I'm dumb.
Just realised that matey apoligies and Ive deleted the post! The three d'ohs may give you a clue that you probably shouldn't be asking questions of that particular poster ...
Rob suggested it by not being able to spell it and saying it's no one new (and confirming double dutch)
JJetset basically said that we've looked at Alderweireld closely and that there are some doubts about him because he's not as good as Vertonghen. Since he said that Kaboul has had a setback, Dawson and Vertonghen got hurt, Caulker has been sold, and the Vlad deal has stalled, so it wouldn't be shocking to go in for him now even if we feel he has flaws because he's young, has partnered Vertonghen with some success, and is relatively affordable.
JJ put a "winner" rating on this, I assume that's a further hint towards being interested in Alderweireld
Alderweireld makes a ton of sense, really. He will be asked to come in and immediately contribute in some capacity, but when everyone is healthy he will be a rotation option as he continues to develop better technique (something he really needs to do). But, if he flops it's not a huge financial burden as he'd likely be on relatively cheap wages and his generally cheap transfer fee would not represent a huge hit on the clubs finances.
And, if he pans out and in a few years time he's a legit CB for us, his value could nearly triple by the time he's 27.
It's a smart financial move that would probably be even more attractive for Levy as he knows what it'll cost to land him and Levy surely knows he'd prefer to come to us.
Same deal for Eriksen, relatively cheap now, his rep has suffered recently but with good guidance could blossom into a quality player worth a lot more. Levy-tastic really...
