Usually, this thread would be called Last Day Mayhem or something, but I can't see it. This has got to have been the quietest Transfer Window ever.
I think maybe the summer will see some sort of return to normality but even then, I think a lot is going to be condensed into the fairly short period between the end of the WC and the closing of the window. A burst in late May/June, settling down and a tempest in August.
Thems my onions.
BTW the window closes today at 11pm.
The upside of the TW being so quiet is that it happened during the month when Mrs A&C finally snapped and left me due to my obsession with Human League. Meh. Bollocks to her, she was only working as a waitress in a cocktail bar when I met her anyway.
HELP!
SC has suffered this month. Our one and to date only donation drive so far raised enough to see us until the end of February (at a stretch), which means we're in the shit. By 'we' I mean Rob, who has to dig deep into his pockets to cover the shortfall. Not an easy feat when you've got arms as short as his, but seriously, we need your help.
