It's from a source with a good track record who's certain that Poch met Levy today. I'd say that "it went really well" is slightly more salt-worthy as its a bit more opinion based as who knows what Levy is thinking.

But no one knows who will be 'the right one'

I can think of positives and negatives of RB, FDB and Poch and am still undecided.

What I do know is that we need to fully back any manager 100% and give time.

Obviously, but I trust a man who's won the Champion's League and a man who's won his division four times & has experience at two of the best clubs of all time more than a man who has reached the pinnacle of 8th.

No more false dawns or someone with a dream. Get us someone who's already done it. I thought he might have taken this into consideration when he went for LVG.

Sorry for the ranting, I just can't understand why we're considering doing this dance again.

Did we learn nothing from the last two fancy foreigners with a Powerpoint and a diet plan? Is Levy genuinely gambling on "third time lucky"?

There will surely be a limit to how many players Southampton are willing to sell. I couldn't imagine them selling 4-5 of their best players all in one window, the fans wouldn't like it, and it would be far too risky to undergo that much change, even if your coffers do get filled and you can go spend.

Sell Lallana and Shaw and that gives them £50m+ straight off the bat - plenty of money to go and wisely choose a handful of new signings, plus keep Rodriguez, Clyne, Ward Prowse et al.

I say this in relation to talk about us getting Rodeiguez.
