Italian job is about stealing something from Turin.

A Juve or Torino player? Perhaps a young player with a flawed contract that Baldini's exploited?
Ogbonna. LCB.

Quality defender but it would leave me worried about Jan.

A player I could think of would be Angelo Ogbonna, a player we had been linked with previously.

In my opinion Daws has already shown he wasn't thinking about not playing but thinking about getting his place back. I'm simply suggesting that Daws is not sitting around thinking about an option of moving and playing or staying and not playing, but looking to win back his place
Barry, you might have to explain that again but this this time in English please?

The Italian Job, eh?

Baldini: "I've sold five of our fringe players to QPR in return for Remy"

Levy: "What? You were only supposed to blow the bloody Daws off"

Sounds decidedly dodgy. Didn't know Franco was that way inclined tbh.....

Self-preservation society = Italian Job = only supposed to blow the bloody doors off = Daws off.

Dawson off and being replaced with an Italian?

Or just Dawson off?

Or just buying an Italian?

Glik and Moretti are both great CBs. They were actually 1st and 2nd in the passing charts with Torino finishing a solid 7th. And there is always Cerci...joint 1st in assists.

I was waiting for an Italian Job reference. If it's not about Dawson then it's a missed opportunity ;)
