Both those clubs also have quality young strikers behind them, and also bags of money to buy top shelf quality whenever they need it. Is Destro really any more risk for providing goals than Soldado is anyway?

Eh? I simply said I don't see Daws seeing it as only a choice of staying and not playing or going and playing. The same situation occurred with AVB and he stayed and won his place back and played regularly
I don't think Daws is thinking about not playing if he stays with us, so where you might see it as a straight choice to him it's not and history tends to support that

Dunno..just that I want strikers that score goals-I don't care how old they are or their resale value. If Soldado scores 20 goals this season he can leave next year on a free for all I care. Or score 20 more next year!

If Sherwood is getting the Palace job suddenly puts a few question marks in my head around certain players. No way he's having Bentaleb, but I wonder if a year loan in PL for Kane would be more beneficial for us and him long term than playing a game/minutes here and there.
