On the mention of Georginio Wijnaldum, I'm actually really surprised that he hasn't been generating more interest. He reminds me somewhat of Toni Kroos, although not as good, but more athletically gifted.

I'd be all for getting either of them really, although we haven't been linked to Wijnaldum.

We really should start bidding for Depay if we havent already. Sorts us at winger. Lamela, Depay, Townsend and Chadli is good enough, IMO. Sell Lennon.

I wonder if having to settle on a CB if Musacchio isn't happening could mean we are more likely to move for Depay given the likelihood of having more available funds.

I reckon if we don't get MS, we'll try and sign someone like Depay and another midfielder isn't as essential.We have to get a quality CB no matter what happens.

Depay should be ahead in the list of buying that MS anyway. We are more than covered in center of the park, even if he is a bit of an upgrade. We are in need of more attacking players and goals

We all want him to be the new superstar, and weve all seen clips of how good he look for Roma, but since he has been with us,( and please dont bang on about how he was injured 99 percent of last season, because he didnt get an injury till Feb, and we bought him in August)
He has been woeful. Weather he quickly becomes a 30 mill player, i really hope so, but people can have opinions about what theve seen of him, without being slagged off and Neg rep because what they have seen hasnt in there opinion been good.

26mill. 22 years old with gobs and gobs and gobs of potential. He could also score, not just put balls into dangerous areas.

No he shouldn't. Poch wants Morgan and to clear out at least one (hopefully Dembele) midfielder.

Have we learned nothing from last season? The priorities should be the players that the manager wants, not players that will give fans a semi

Seeing as we could really do with a RCB if MM doesn't happen what options do you think we have Snarf for a first choice partner for Verts?

Ogbonna would be good but not sure he could play with Jan seeing as they're both LCBs.

No i do. I dont like the fact that it seems the only guys on Poch's list are Schneiderlin and Rodriguez. Especially when one of them we really do not need and the other wouldnt be coming until January, and who knows how he'll be when he returns in November. Also, we need someone now! Not in January.

According to Jason Burt Villas-Boas got four that he wanted (Lamela, Soldado, Paulinho and Capoue).

But surely thats good that We dont just buy anyone like we did with AVB. If poch wants only a couple of names, we have to go all out to get them. Not miss out on MS and buy another center mid instead. On the injury front with Rod i imagine he will be tested to shit to see if he has fully recovered

The point is we have no need for another CM! We have 8 already! We need to unload 2 at the very least!

And we need someone to come in now! We needs goals and a winger now! Not in January. January signings rarely have that much impact on where you end up in the top 6 or 7.
