If it's true Kagawa is going back to Dortmund then that's rather disappointing, as he was the very first one I thought of. Would be a great Holtby replacement.
Mata could be an option, as they don't have many opportunities for playing time now and could probably use the cash after the di Maria buy. Would have to be considerably less than they paid for him 7 months ago though.

Mata?? Get real guys. If it wasn't economically impossible anyway, I don't even think Lamela, Eriksen and Mata is the right balance behind the striker, all too similar and wanting to play in the same areas, need someone more direct and physical to be the third amigo.

Everton didn't have deals with Barry and Lukaku, but if the player forms a bond with the manager and club, he's very likely going to insist on going there.

Said quality is the reason you couldn't say no though. Same as Wenger turning down Fabregas. I just don't understand it.
When someone of that ability becomes available to you, you take them and worry about fitting them in afterwards. You certainly don't become weaker because of it. Eriksen, Mata and Lamela is a ridiculous attacking trio, Mata can even be given a free role with less pressing if need be to express his creative side.

I'll need a hug too if we offload Sandro and Holtby, and only bring in the French player that no one has ever heard of. We'll end the window weaker in midfield, not stronger.

I'm more concerned about what JJ said about Walker. If he isn't going to be regularly fit, we are going to struggle at RB. Died did well but he's clearly more of a CB and Naughton, well he just isn't anywhere the level we need from a regular RB.

Keep up dear boy, Itk has suggested we could be looking at two different united players, we've apparently realised that 98% of their squad is dog shit in comparison to ours so people are desperately trying to pick the bones out of the remaining 2%. It passes the time before another bit of ITK arrives, everyone grows a new stork and we go off on another tangent.

Know the difference in Dislike and Disagree. if you dont agree with views on a player, its Disagree. If you find something offensive its Dislike. I dont usually care about ratings and have had plenty of random neg ratings I put down to fat-finger syndrome. But today I've had one too many inappropriate 'dislike' ratings when it should be disagree. This makes me sad.
Dislike is a neg rating - disagree is not.
