What's up with all the whinging going on . Aren't you people meant to be supporters . So support the Fucking team ,if you're a glory Hunter then go and support man utd or Chelsea who buy their way to the top of the table.

Don't worry , we won't miss you.

If I were at WHL I would be supporting the team, they can actually hear you there. We are on a discussion forum and I doubt the players read our comments before kick off. I think it is fair to criticise what i see as negative team selection, I hope I am wrong and we see an exciting attacking game from Spurs but that team doesn't set the pulse racing.

He had 7 assists last season. No one else in the squad came close to that figure. The guy is the only lock-picker we have. No one else in the squad can play the type of ball he did against Burnley at 0-0 in the 37th game of the season last year. If he's going to be predominantly on the bench, then a team like Juventus will be all over him, as they rate him highly and need a #10.
The reality is he just hasn't been great, before the season kicked off I thought he would mainly be sub and I think thats the way it will go. He is very average I think.

What would be your line-up then?
well if he wants to play dembele i would stick him in cm to start with and bring in lamela and stick Dier or mason on the bench, i would certain play rose over davies if fit enough.Assuming he is with him being on the bench.and i would have pritchard or one of the other youngsters who could make a different for us on the bench. Poch likes his lineups to be solid but we looked for long periods last season and again against utd devoid of ideas or movement. I want somebody thats going to try and win or influence the game, all be it lamela is erratic at least he attempts to make things happen.

Glad to see everyone has recovered from last night's shitfit and found something new to cry about. I love lurking here, you lot are hilarious.
Hilarious? Try sickening. They come in here with their agendas and poison the thread to such an extent that it really isn't enjoyable.

OK, and where on earth is the massive addition of pace, flair and creativity in that team? I'll give you Lamela, but that's really only an increase in creativity.

rose certainly adds something davies don't in terms of his movement and pace for 1. I would probably go with alli in the middle too if i was be honest, great in preseason deserved a start in my opinion.

Sorry must have come to the wrong thread. Thought I was entering the match thread but clearly this is the suicide watch thread.

People want to air frustration and where better to do it than on a forum full of fellow spurs fans ? We all think we know best I'm sure but when we believe our side should do better and when the manager selects players that we believe aren't good enough we may well air our views ? Why not ? I would love to be proved wrong today as I love Spurs but I can't help looking at that midfield two today and thinking bang average. These two would not play central midfield for any of the top ten teams in our league.

small point and really not over reacting here, but it seems a little weird that neither wimmer nor fazio are on the bench... wimmer specifically... as long as nothing happens to verts today then all is good...
