If that is correct and JJ meant Balde by that tweet, then it must be all but or achingly close to secured, given that he was unwilling to even obliquely give a name before.

the good thing on this is is his final year on contract, easily worth 50-60 mill if not, not on astronomical wages and lazio are not a top tier side
