Waste of time at Liverpool. Loads of injuries and not up to much when he was called on. Put the wages money towards Maddison or similar.

I just think he is at the wrong club, high octane pressure football is not for him may suit us better.

Like Ndombele all the talent in the world but just never produces. His injury record is poor too.
As talented as Ndombele? Are you talking about when he was at Leipzig or Liverpool? Never seen him look anything more than tidy and a decent athlete during his time at Liverpool.

What a boring player, don’t believe we’re interested in him.

Liverpool's midfield is ageing and needs rebuilding, yet they're seemingly happy to let one of the younger midfielders they have leave on a free. I think that says all you need to know.

Was amazing at Leipzig and seen as a real coup when they signed him. Not sure what went wrong with him at Liverpool - injuries, confidence, poor stylistic fit, too big a step up?

Have to admit, I thought they'd hit a bullseye when they signed him early doors. Hasn't turned out that way at all though.

Dean Saunders described him as likely to become one of the best midfielders in the league and a mix of Zidane and Roy Keane, all based on a pre season friendly against Blackburn...

Imagine if we'd spent £60m on a player who was injured as often as Lamela and, when fit, contributed about as much as Ndombele on the pitch...
