Were playing a back four certain of it
I don't think we are. On the coverage just seen Jan with the same bib on as Davidson and next to each other which means they were doing the drill where it is either the back two or three against everyone else. They do that drill every game.

I'm guessing here, but...

In possession:

Alderweireld Sanchez Vertonghen

Trippier-------------------- --------------------Son
Out of possession:

Trippier Alderweireld Sanchez Vertonghen

------------------------------------------------

I have no idea what we're doing. This is the 2nd time this year I looked at our lineup and didn't have a clue. I like it. Imagine how our opponents feel. They don't have a clue either.

Poch has taken a big risk today... Davies and Aurier played superb on Wed and rest them both when we have a cup game against a championship side on Tues...

I hope it pays off Poch, I really do...! We need to follow up Wed result with a win here today, really do so for me we should have played our strongest 11.

There has to be a consideration for the level of intensity that a full back has to run with vs say a midfield player. I don't have any stats to prove my point but I would imagine a FB goes up and down the pitch much like you would on a basketball court.

I take your point. But Davies is relatively reserved as a wingback.

Not like Walker was.

Dunno what poch's playing at really. He always seems to do something strange after a big win.

Shows out. He just needs to cool it and play aurier and davies for a half allowing us to dominate and hopefully get a couple goals, then start to make changes.

He needs to work on this aspect.

That you Harry?
