This, for me, is the biggest challenge. It's that feeling of appearing foolish if you're the only one singing. What's needed is just a small group of people seeded around the different stands. You only need maybe 10-20 in each group. The club could do a lot to implement this in liaison with THST maybe...

Atmosphere went when the drummer went. He'd keep the noise going for the 90 mins. White Hart Lane up until 10 years ago would bounce from start to finish. Now we have everyone clamouring into the Park Lane to sample the atmosphere, but not much effort being made to actually contribute/get it going.

The BMJ regime had the best atmosphere I can remember since WHL became all seater. Some of those games were absolutely rocking. The Drum in the shelf helped. So did having a manager with a great song. The Poch song is pretty painful, even for those of us that can actually sing!

The great thing about the new place is how quickly you can hear a chant start up which makes for the possibility of good times ahead

It will take a while for everything to settle down which includes the atmosphere becoming better (sometimes)
