Looks like he's getting forced out regardless, we might aswell benefit, Madrid as usual want to stack it in their favour so if they've made a mistake they can rectify it with ease and that's where Levy will hopefully negotiate well. Eriksen is gone already imo, we're just trying to find the variables which benefit us from it.

@SpartanSpur was right, the spanish media are so full of shit, they have no outlets or specific people where you can safely say they have a solid source, it's just seems peddled shit and now and then Marca will be given dogshit by Madrid to throw out.
IF we actually want him and that he's a first choice, definitely one we've chased hard and been desperate to sign all along signing, then i'd be staggered if we lost out to Arsenal. What can they offer that we can't ?
