Got to wonder of that’s an option.
If they give us a loan with agreed option to buy, allowing us to clear this image rights stuff, we’ll offer favourable terms on Eriksen if they can’t source another replacement.
Bingo, everyone wins.
Juve get Dybala off the books, Spurs get a Tier 1 played, Eriksen potentially gets his change of club in a new culture. Juve are up there with Real and Barca as top tier clubs.
I was going to come away from this for a couple of hours till it calmed down, only managed half hour. There’s only 4.5 hrs to go, may aswell stay in for the duration now.

Given the gravitas of Juventus finding a replacement shouldn’t be an issue, doubly so that there window ends in three weeks.

I think the answer is we didn't. But we saw the opportunity and then pushed hard when we were being played around and eriksen messed us about.

An obligation to buy? Or an option? Hopefully an obligation so it's basically the exact same transfer with a few extra months to sort out the finer details.
