Today proved to me that the time is up, picked the side that everyone wanted and to be honest the performance was worse than usual.

It’s a quandary, I genuinely think our squad is poor, our defence is bottom half, two spent forces in Jan and Toby if we’re being honest, and Sanchez isn’t a leader. No defensive midfielder worth a wank, and a forward line that blows completely hot and cold. Overrated players like Moura, Dele and Winks and when you add it all together you wonder if we’d even experience a dead cat bounce like Utd did under Ole.

Maybe our dear **** of a leader is holding off as he knows the next guy in is getting an absolute hospital pass with this squad.

Whatever it is it’s all shit and this season is a write off regardless.

Mate I don't think our squad is anywhere near as bad as some think.

He's just not getting the best out of this group of players, that's it for me.

When you're far less than the sum of your parts for this long a change of management is needed.

Tide in the stadium is turning. He’ll be out of a job by the end of the year. We are just all waiting for levy to have the balls to pull the trigger now. That was worse than the Watford game.

Nah mate, it’s largely very average for me bar one or two. I think we’ve been spoilt by a manager getting absolute top level out of them for a few years and now they’ve stopped listening.

It’s not excuses for Poch it’s more a concern about the next guy. Our defence (including GK) is bottom half. Jan and Toby are done.

Fuck. Just seen the score. What the fuck happened?

We all rejoiced he finally didn’t tinker with a winning team, just Aurier for Foyth. Finally none of the “uncommitted” players. Then the same shit happened.

We were lucky to go in at 0-0 after they hit the post. We scored a scruffy goal, Sheff Utd had one ruled out for offside for being a toe offside. Then Poch changed it to a back three, we predictably concede and here we are again wondering how long this shit can go on for.

Funny how many people have been blaming all this on the so called 'want away players'. Well they aren't there today, and we look just as bad if not worse.

that for me is the most worrying thing, this is the side we’ve all been aching to see in the league.... he does it..... and it’s a carbon copy or the last few league performances, people need to accept this is not a blip anymore! They simply aren’t buying In to his new project.

I’ll alwys have a soft spot for him, but he’s clearly taken us as far as he can! And everyone needs to share the blame! From the top, to him, to the players!

i thinkhe needs to go now! So we can try! And the emphasis on TRY, to claw back the gap to the top 4!

Disagree. Toby has become bad overnight has he? Sanchez absolutely no improvement since his first season. Look at Lampard to see how a manager can get average players performing.

Our defence needs improving sure but have a look at Sheffield United to see what a manager can do with average players. I can’t believe people need this pointed out to them.

the answer is not in the transfer market, the answer is on the changing rooms and in the training ground (with a new manager)

Same as usual
Personally I’m seeing some positives lately but if we are sticking with poch then it’s clear we still need a good 4-5 players to compete this ‘transition’.

positives:
Gazzaniga has come in and done very well in place of lloris
Foyth looks quite good at RB
Sanchez and Dier have done quite well
Sessengon was bright when he came on in the CL
Ndombele has settled in well and will improve
Lo celso looks a real player
Dele is back fit and looking more like himself.

today vs sheff Utd we came up against a very confident well coached in form team. They pressed us intelligently and kept the ball well. Sure we should be winning that game at home but given we are in a bit of a transition right now and this season we played fairly well andpositive signs.

we do need to move the ball quicker and be a bit more positive, And/or get some better full backs as the way we play in the pockets etc the space then opens up out wide but Davies and Aurier didn’t put a decent cross in all game, if we can improve that and between January and next summer we sign 2 decent new full backs, a CB and an attacking midfielder of top quality to replace Eriksen I think we will be in a good place moving forwards.

poch is keeping the 4-2-3-1 and trying to keep a consistent team now all are back fit so credit to him for that and I’m hoping he can turn this around slowly but we’re at a bit of a tipping point currently as results in the league certainly aren’t the best but today let’s take that point against a good side and move on and keep improving.

You don't fall that quickly. Toby is early thirties.

The forward options we have are immense.

We're underachieving massively.

Ranieri sacked by Leicester after 9 months of poor performance despite delivering a league championship before that.

Yet we are now into the 11th month of poor performance and still Poch being shown the patience despite he has nothing but probably the CL final to show in his 5 years with us.
Stadium still full every week = we are not underperforming in ENIC terms. They're happy as Larry. I would love to see them gone too.

Multiple internationals, millions and millions and millions pounds worth of players in the the starting 11 and we got outworked, out run and outplayed for large swathes of the game by team that knew what the man next to them was meant to be doing.

Fucking hell, the fucking state of our football from Wednesday to today ...

My head hurts.

If he is going to go then this is the time to do it. After this international break we enter the crazy busy period where it’s bit pointless changing manager as they will have no time to implement new ideas etc on the players etc. Otherwise Levy needs to back Potch in January get in a new right back and left back as priority and try and sell some of the players who either are deadwood in the squad (Kwp, Wanyama) or going to leave for free in the summer, Eriksen and Toby
