The man has got to go, thanks for the CL football....
But time is up, he must go now
Do I expect it - no, I still think he will last the season, even if it means a relegation battle

Pochettino on the process Spurs are going through
“I think you can see that yes we need to find the balance. We are building a team during the season, while competing in the Champions League and Premier League, the toughest league in the world, and always that is dangerous, this type of situation can happen. You expect better results than you get. Of course we are in a process to build and we’ll see if we have time to build what we want.”

1) Find the balance - so our manager accepts he still doesn’t have a clue what our strongest XI is.
2) Building a team during the season - yes because we faffed about for 3 transfer windows and once again left signings till late in the window and failed to get them in early and settled... not forgetting holding on to the rebels.
3) See if we have time to build - is someone expecting the sack? I hope so
How can he see he is building a team, its the same team as last season up until the last week

I would have more faith if Poch did have a top manager pedigree, and by that I mean a CV that shows he's a winner. I'd then feel it was worth the wait for him to try and turn it around.

I've said a million times we were not over achieving by getting top 4 football. We've had a fucking quality side in his time with us.

Now he's looking like the guy who was ordinary at Español and did a decent job at Southampton. When it's got tough, where is he and what has he done? I'll tell you what....fuck all.

Over 12 months of awful football, persisted with a diamond because he's too stubborn to change it, fucking shit substitutions EVERY single game at the same predictable time, stupid moody press conferences. And now, because he knows HE is not performing, he is trying to con us all into thinking it's because he's rebuilding. Then factor into that we are still without any silverware or honours despite him having the best side we've had in my lifetime in his tenure (other than the prestigious Audi fucking cup).

Thanks Poch, you've given top 4 football to a side who should've been getting top 4.

Now bring me some fucker who's a winner and knows what it takes to get a team where it needs to be and get them over the line in competitions. Paying the ridiculous prices our fans do we deserve more than the 11 months we've had.

Sorry for the rant but I'm totally fucked off with him

Steve Bruce and his Newcastle team of misfits are above us, an expensively assembled squad of internationals and one of the best strikers in the world. Unacceptable doesn't even begin to cover it

I've taken a years sabbatical and my mates taken my st this year.
Looks like I picked the right year to do it lol.

You must have had a premonition! Either that or Poch always noticed you in the stands and now that you aren’t there he is looking longingly up at the seat, now taken by some “stranger” and has taken his eye of the game.......

I'd love to know what the hell he thinks he's building.

In order to build you need to set some sort of foundations.

We're totally devoid of anything that resembles a strong spine.

It's become laughable.

The only players of note that have left are Trippier who was shite last season and Llorente whom contributed some important Champions League goals but was pretty much an inanimate object in the EPL. Losing Llorente was our own fault after we offered him a new contract on a drastically reduced terms.

You don’t actively try and push Rose, Wanyama and Aurier out of the door and then expect to rely on 2 of them in your first XI !!!

All I’ve heard Poch come out with is excuses, he takes no accountability for our results, & this is why he has to go, results won’t just magically improve, we’ll be lucky to finish in the top 10 let alone Europe

I feel like this could be 2008. Going to bed on a Saturday night and waking up to Redknapp talking about “we”.

It’s going to be fucking Pleat isn’t it.

Really not, think the guy is awful now sadly. Lost two yards of pace.

The thing is you don’t need pace to be a quality centre back IF you play the right tactics. In Poch’s case he put his 2 slowish centre backs on the bloody half way line against a rapid Bayern Munich, it was suicidal and we were murdered because of it.

if I could winner this a thousand times I would. You are spot on. Spent last two years telling us how amazing he is and how he might fuck off at anytime, now the tables have turned he starts blagging it about how he’s rebuilding.

For a manager who has a track record of winning fuck all, I don’t see why people think he deserves time to turn this round. The fact is he isn’t as good a manager as some think he is, as we are seeing with the last 18 months of his management.

Really not, think the guy is awful now sadly. Lost two yards of pace.

His laser like passing off both feet has also regressed to the point where it's some lower league aimless zero technique hoof back to the opposition.

Plus he's refused to sign a contract for three years.

Question managerial decisions, but on this one definitely time to bin him off.
