Idiotic footballer. Clearly has no idea that if you’re a midfielder and you leave your side of the pitch exposed, the opposition are going to attack it.

We need a midfield general and imo Winks is the player who will be replaced for that player. He's not done himself any favours tonight, looked like a liability in defence and lacking in vision with the ball at his feet. N'dombele provided a greater threat in his cameo.

He's Tom Cleverly.

Yep, I’d say he is a hybrid of Tom Cleverly and Mark Noble.

Basically this means he actually doesn’t really do anything. Can’t believe we have gone from a Dembele / Wanyama midfield to a Winks / Sissoko haha!

Ready to cement my opinion on him... I Don't rate him.

2 good games against real and ancient washed up Madrid is all I can recall after alot of games

Not a particularly good defender, not a particularly good attacker, average passer, horrid in a midfield 2.

Sissoko is the better of the two and that says it all really

Something not right with him at the moment, don't know if it's a lack of confidence or what but he can play at a high level, he's done it many times before, he just needs to get back there and hopefully he will.

Sigh......just an ordinary player who doesn't do anything particularly great. Don't know how he has managed to get so many minutes. Doesn't offer assists, goals or the ability to control games. Positionally and defensively poor. Runs, tries hard and good at accumulating lots of short simple passes but that's your lot with him. Hope Mourinho moves him on.
It's his athleticism that let's him down. Players just glide past him like he isn't there.

He looks to have lost all confidence and the ability is draining away. Not helped by being a 1 man midfield again today.

You have given him the curse. Very very poor tonight for the 4th or 5th game in a row now that he has played.

Yeah sorry. His form is worrying and the injury makes it all the worse!

Hope it’s a lack of confidence but seems to have lost a lot of his drive and active forward thinking football. Maybe he’s been worn down by the rest of the team but I’m running out of excuses for some very passive and poor performances.

Real shame for us and him!!

Cannot believe how highly rated he is on here. Just such a tame player.

He has unquestionably gone tame but I’d like to think he mirrors the whole team that has gone tame

Maybe the loss of real Wanyama & Dier has led to our complete lack of bite

We were a horrible side to play against for a while!

As cruel as it sounds if the injury tonight keeps him out for a while it could be a blessing in disguise for him to refind his form

Or hopefully when he is out the team do then that way if he is to play more for us he will have his chance to recoup his old self in a team That’s in form

Was good enough two years ago. Not now. Tidy player but he's not a starter in a team of our ambition.

If he wasn't a home grown lad he'd get dogs abuse
