I've been watching our defenders carefully Alderweireld and Vertonghen are utterly shit. They are hiding and passing over responsibility both will not bring the ball out from the back and just hit a long ball after they've gone through that silly process of playing side ways across the back.

I don't get how we amateur managers on here can see what two top manager can't. It's just so obvious that so many of our problem stems from not having a CM pairing that works. Why then persist with the 4-2-3-1? Just at least try a 4-4-3 with Ndombele, Lo Celso and one of Dier or Winks as the holding CM. There's no point in building a whole formation around Dele if it's only going to work out every third match.
