I like to see Tanganga give a go now, he looked good pre season, Jose must know what he is like and obviously likes him enough to put him on the bench. Id go with him and Toby next game.

Liverpool moved on from us because they can. We are not that club. We might be in 2-3 years but this year and definitely last year we have no pull like they do. You talk of mismanagement at the highest level. Yet here we are with the best stadium in England that no other club has sustained and gone through. But yeah, let’s compare us too the most successful side in European history

Well, definitely in the first half, was the most piss-poor performances EVER. *Every* player fumbled, tripped and mis-kicked around the pitch, allowing the /bottom placed side/ come away with a point. Shocking.

At least our away form is improving under Mourinho. 2 wins, a draw and a defeat.
What is it, only two points off top 4. Chelsea are going to drop a lot of points before the end of the season. Considering how poor we're playing, we're still fifth.

I think Ndombele is wasted in that holding role - would like to see him play in Dele's position sometime.

First half was a car crash again - why pick some actual footballers and STILL hoof it long?

The most disappointing thing about the first half was actually the lack of fight - the ref was allowing it to be a fast slowing physical game and we didn't have the appetite for it.

I like what I see of Ndombele, definite quality in there, too early to tell with Lo Celso and Sessegnon.

Trouble is having to play great second half is only going to succeed so often. You can't give away the first half like we often do. It seems to go a way back too with these slow starts. What happened to the days we came out firing and pressing all over the pitch? It sets the tone for the match when you start that way. I think the last time we started with that intensity was at home to Chelsea at Wembley over a year ago.

Think some people need a reality check. We're probably not going to finish 4th. We're not a worse team than Chelsea, Man United or Wolves - but we're not much better either, had a huge disadvantage by the time Poch went, and four teams don't go into one place. That isn't a disaster; there's six huge teams in England, we were never going to qualify every year, and our plan isn't based around doing so. We'll have a year in the Europa, give some chances to younger and fringe players, enjoy some football with cheap(er) tickets (and a lot of loyalty points), get through to the knockouts where it's actually competitive and see if we can have a shot at winning it. What's more important is that we improve as a team from our really quite shocking domestic form before Mourinho arrived which we have, and continue the rebuild which began with the four summer signings.

Much better second half but too little too late.

Eriksen again our heart beat. NDombele our best talent.

Remember when we were solid in defence? Sigh...

Never want to see 3 at the back ever again. It didn't work for Poch and it will be exactly the same under Jose.

3 at the back can work but it should have been Sanchez, Alderweireld and one other. Whereas we made 2 personnel changes, Foyth who’s barely kicked a ball all season, Verts who’s been playing left back and then to compound it we set them up half a mile from each other.

Good response in second half. Love half time subs when things need changing. Lots of promising things today. Not the ideal result but chelski have a hell of february and we need to stay close. COYs.

We do have a lot of hard home games coming up though, which makes me think picking up results in games like this is imperative.

Ndombele looked good second half and gave plenty to be positive about. Lo Celso on the other hand, does he have the pace, strength and quality? I think not and I'm glad we only have him on loan rather than having laid out £60M+.

Aurier has to be replaced, Foyth has to be loaned out as we cant afford his mistakes at Spurs - he can make them elsewhere!

Eriksen will be a miss but lets hope we can do something in the market to lessen that effect!

I am gong to cut Jan some slack - hes been immense for us in the past and has been playing at LB for a while now. He's bound to be fatigued, and is getting older. Im sure used sparingly he will prove his value once more!

1 point is better than 0 but the only way we’re getting top 4 is to take a leaf out of City and Chelsea’s book and sign at least 2 quality players in January.
