@Gb160 and one or two others Enjoy the rest of the season gents. There are one or two others willing to give Jose time but it seems this site is dead set against him with the same thing being repeated over and over to suit the argument that something magical was going to happen in four months.

Jose has his faults, I've never denied that and I have argued far too ott in some instances but quite honestly some of the subjects being used to beat him are really tough to read, it's baseless in some cases.

I'm done. There are some on here who just hate the man. There are some on here who hate both him and Levy. There are some on here who are just clearly on the wind up. Whatever the case I'm out of here at least, might give the football forum a miss altogether.

Have a fine evening all.

Anyone saying Jose is the answer, I ask you, what is the question?

I am done. This isn't personal, I've boxed away his Chelsea history and his general cu**y past, but he is the wrong manager at the wrong time for Tottenham Hotspur FC. He hasn't left a club in the last 15 years where the fans were sad about it. What does that say? Yes he's won a few things but at what cost. He will rip the soul out of our club. I sit in the Park Lane 'kop' and everyone around me has already given up. People are laughing, almost delirious.

This isn't about Kane being injured, it isn't about not having a second/third tier striker happy to sit on the bench. Its about a man who's philosophy is not to lose rather than try to win.

Its been TURGID from day 1 and it will not change. Quote me if you want but if Jose is here in 12 months the football will be just as bad, even if we're winning shithousery games 1-0 on a regular basis.

We've wasted more money on Spanish/Dutch/Russian strikers, just cut our losses Mr Levy, lets move on..and lets give this club a heartbeat again.

So now it's 45 minutes? Not 10? Not 10 at the either end of the match? The last thirty we battered them ... I mean what is it, is there one coherent argument from a whole host of fans who just don't like the manager ...

we had 1 more shot off on target, 1 more shot off target, 1 more corner 50% and guess what we were the home team, playing a team rooted to the bottom of the table

Look everyone needs to calm the fuck down.

This is what is going to happen. This is the PLAN.

We give Mourinho the summer. He brings in the several players he needs to complete the squad he 's already happy with. Then we go on to win stuff. All the stuff we were promised.

If by October 2020 we are out of the league cup; and are sitting 13th in the table playing dreadful football then we hunt down every single person on SC whoever posted an approving thought about Mourinho and execute them. Publicly. And livestream it as a warning to future generations.

Simples?

Yeah tonight’s game wasn’t good. No idea why we don’t start trying to play until the other team score. Mind you I remember lots of games like that under Poch.

Anyway, it’s the players who are the problem. We need rid of about 17/18 of them. Who would I keep? Probably only lloris, Kane, son and lo celso. The rest aren’t good enough or are too long in the tooth.

Who do you suggest we get?
And who should we have got instead of him in November?

His first season was very flat bar a couple of nice wins (Chelsea & Arsenal)

People need to stop rewriting history because Poch was not looking like the answer in the early days.

Lol. Sorry but this is laughable shite. We saw improvement - and that led to a massive up tick in performance once everyone bought in - to such a scale we were in a title race the next year.

You simply cannot shit on the Poch years. They speak for themselves.

Now Mourinho could do the same. Of course. he's pedigree.

But we need to see those green shoots of improvement. best will in the world we haven't seen that yet. So you can't blame the pessimisits can you?

The game has moved on from the Mourinho era.

Off the top of my head we could have gone for Prem proven Rodgers or Nuno. Or young up and coming managers like Nagelsmann or ten Hag.

Football has changed. Look at the top teams in EVERY major league and they play front foot, high press, adventurous, and energetic football. Literally all of them.

I repeat, he is a dinosaur and this will not end well.

Do you seriously think the players decided to sit deep and invite the mighty Norwich to come and attack us? Did they then decide to have a go at playing football for the last 15 minutes? There's one person who made those calls and the players followed his instructions.

Personally I disagree. Mourinho has inherited a team full of players who had zero confidence from the last year of Poch reign. A lot of them have gone past their sell by date, and we have had injury after injury to key players since the start of the season.

Add this to the fact that we have pretty much played 2 games a week since he joined and it all adds up to a very difficult job.

did you give Poch that credit when calling him out for our poor run with knackered and out of date players and playing 2 times aweek

Not shitting on the Poch years at all. From 2015/16 - early 2019 it was absolutely fantastic and I wish we were still in that state but the first season under Poch wasn't looking to bright. Go back and look at the threads from that season.

Piss of troll. You're a gooner shitting on Poch years just to cause strife.

If you're not you're just a shit fan.

But fact is you just post to cause shit.

Troll
Troll, Gooner and a shit fan? Next you'll be telling me i'm a bad husband and son.

Poch failed to win anything here, that is a failure, media called it the same. At same time I've defended him to the hilt on here, lots of times, please don't throw accusations at me.

Also.

Stop name calling mate, it's pretty fucking childish.

Can't disagree with that aspect. The majority of teams do, you're right. But at the same time a lot of teams play like that but absolutely suck at the same time.

Brighton and Bournemouth are hardly tearing it up @Hercules

Den Tag was incredibly naive when we knocked then out.
