Any one help here advise!! Club not forthcoming in answers!
3 have 3 season tickets. For the sake of ease 2 in row 20 one in row 19! We actually want to get rid of one! But the bit the club are struggling with is we want to move the seat in row 19 to one of the seats in 20 and then get rid of the spare. Basically my father and I sit in 20 and brother in 19. But he is retiring and going off to travel so don’t want his seat but want the two next to each other. Trying to get the club to reply to this is a nightmare. Any suggestions on best way to do it. Renew all three or renew two and ask to move the one?? Thanks

If it was me and I wasn’t getting anywhere I’d go up to the ticket office in person and knock on the door and wait until I got it sorted

Doesn’t sound like a problem just needs sorting...

Yeah not a problem but just can’t get it sorted. But i suppose it’s not important at the moment for them!

The whole thing is a nonsense. We go to the football with family and friends if possible. A ballot makes that unlikely

Should have given ST an amnesty for Wembley. Should give all ST holders an option to defer for next season

Nothing changes, only the prices!

They can’t just ballot singles, they will have to take into account families, for example if a 10 year old gets a ticket they cant attend without an adult. They will have to take into account family groups etc

Does anyone know if shielding letters are continually being sent out by the government or just the one sent out during full lockdown?

Trying to establish whether my Dad will be able to defer his ST or not.

I think from 1st August the governments advice is that shielding is no longer required, so I don’t think they’ll be sending out any letters at this time,

Perhaps speak to the trust? They may be able to help you?

The letters sent out prior to easing of lockdown are valid for the deferal

Thanks.

Still deciding what to do. Although my Dad can defer, I very much doubt I will be able to defer as no one in my household is vulnerable ( although both my Dad and Mother-in-law are and my mother in law in particular relies on us as she can’t do things for herself).

The whole thing is a total guessing game from the club and fans alike, which is why I think it’s pretty disgraceful to not allow everyone to defer ( or indeed pay the deposit and then pay on a match by match basis all season regardless).

They say the ST total price will be based pro rata on full capacity games only ( less the 20%), but I fail to see how and when they can even know that with any degree of certainty. I cannot see any way for full capacity games to take place until Xmas at the earliest and I doubt even that. What happens if the total number of full capacity games turns out to be less than the 20% deposit? What if there are no full capacity games all season, do we lose the deposit or is it rolled over? Even if I renew, I don’t plan on entering any ballots and will evaluate the risk if and when it’s safe to return to normality.

Far too many unanswered questions. Think I’m going to have to email the ticket office and hope they can answer them.

The Trust is great. They offer practical help to supporters with problems (helped me greatly in the past) and represent the views of the fans to the club very well indeed. I urge everybody to join and support them.

Me neither. I wonder if there is a ranking similar to how the original season tickets were allocated? I responded fairly quickly so I was hoping to have heard from them.

Prob not to do with speed of reply but more to do with seating areas and/or loyalty points

I haven't renewed so that might be the reason for me (probably is)
